-: The door machine which used to open the door by Key card for the room doesn't work properly and manytimes I told the hotel facilities that there is a problem and they told me nothing. At the end when doing checkout they changed this machine.

-: Ok, So let me share my experience. Travelling to more than 30 countries, Staying in more than 200 hotels all around the world, I am pretty sure that Stella Di Mare Ain Sokhna is the worst among the list! One day after I arrived, I got an electricity cut and water shortage for more than 12 hours! Imagine paying a fairly high amount of money to spend a nice vacation, Then to be surprised at 8 AM in the morning that there is no AC, No electricity, No water in the bathroom. Not for a couple of minutes or an hour, But for 12 hours!! 1 full day without water and electricity! The hotel said it is an external issue. So the management have no plans to avoid such problems? No electricity generators? No water tanks? Is it appropriate to let your guests stay one full day without water and electricity!? The management team have been the worst ever, led by Mr Ahmed Mostafa. They simply said sorry. We have nothing to do. We cannot help. Ok guys can I cancel my booking and just return home? No sorry you cannot. Please enjoy our electricity cut for 12 hours. Please enjoy staying outside your room at 45C without AC. Please enjoy our failure to meet your expectations. Surprisingly, Their hotline isn't working. Their management email isn't replying to any complains. They simple destroyed my vacation and didn't even care to help. This listing should be removed from booking! This can never be the attitude of a 5 stars hotel! This is such a terrible experience!
