+: The hotel was spectacular in terms of the location, view, cleanliness, style, and the food varieties and quality.I would like to thank all the staff for the lovely experience, especially Mr. Abdel Salam and Mr. Sameh for welcoming us and fulfilling all our needs during the stay.Also, I would like to thank Chef Mahmoud and Mahmoud, farouk, mohamed, and ahmed from the main restaurant and bars for the amazing food and services which they provided to us.

-: The animation team was very poor in terms of the interaction with the guests, especially with the egyptian and the variety of the activities compared to my personal experience with almost five hotels under sunrise management.

-: الاهتمام بالجيست الاجنبي اكثر من المصري من بعض العاملين وتميز الاجنبي ب الاهتمام اكثر خصوصا لدى فريق الانيميشن عدم وجود مراوح كبيرة في الكافيه المفتوح او المطعم الخارجى عدم ترقيم الابواب الخلفية الزجاجية للغرف الارضية المطلة علي البول عدم وجود غطاء يحمى السيارات من الشمس الحارقة في اماكن انتظار السيارات امام الفندق عدم وجود لوحة ارشادية خارجية علي الطريق تشير الي مدخل طريق الفندق تطوير الشط وتعميقه اكثر ادراج الدولاب كلها جبس ورمل صبغت الملابس بالابيض نتيجة استغلال الكتلة الاسمنتية للدولاب ك كفر خارجى للدرج الخشبيعدم وجود صيدلية بالفندق خصوصا ان الفندق يبعد عن المدينة 30 كيلو متر
