+: Being members of the "Posh Club" we had the flexibility of dining in the "posh Club" lounge for breakfast and luch, with advantage having meals served in our garden or beach cabana
-: WIfi reception was poor in our suite, which was a bit of a let down. Most other areas were fine

+: I was impressed with the facilities available at the hotel. The staff always went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would like to specifically mention chef Jabir Ahmed, Bahi and Hafez for their great customer service. I had a relaxing time and would go back in the future.

+: Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in diesem wunderbaren Hotel zu übernachten, und kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Zimmer sind geräumig, modern eingerichtet und bieten ein hohes Maß an Komfort. Das Bett war sehr bequem, und ich habe selten so gut in einem Hotel geschlafen. Auch die Sauberkeit war tadellos, was für mich ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das Essen im Hotelrestaurant. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und vielfältig, mit frischen und qualitativ hochwertigen Zutaten. Auch das Abendessen war ein wahrer Genuss – kreativ zubereitete Gerichte, die nicht nur hervorragend schmeckten, sondern auch schön angerichtet waren. (Haupt Restaurant plus 5 à la carte mediterranen- griechisch -orientalisch- indisch -türkisch) Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, und man merkt, dass das Personal sich wirklich um das Wohl der Gäste kümmert. Pool und Strand waren immer sauber. Insgesamt ein großartiger Aufenthalt, bei dem es an Kleinigkeiten gefehlt haben. Ich freue mich schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen!

+: The level of service exceeded our expectations. The staff was consistently attentive, fast, incredibly friendly, and showed a genuine love for children. They had an uncanny ability to anticipate our needs - sometimes before we even voiced them.A special mention must be made of our personal butler, Mina, whose attentiveness and dedication were quite remarkable. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect, and who was always going the extra mile. Regarding the housekeeping, supervisor Aziz deserves our deepest gratitude for his generosity and prompt attention to requests we had regarding our room. Our housekeeper was very kind and attentive as well.Their efforts elevated our experiences.We felt not just welcomed, but somehow at home with dear friends who were striving to go above and beyond. Finally, we left this beautiful place with a heavy heart but also with a strong desire to come back as soon as possible.
-: We were not particularly fond of the sometimes overly loud music during special events at the pool or beach area. A slightly lower volume would have made the entire event experience much more enjoyable. In the hotel rooms, however, it was quiet.The pillows were too firm and high, but that likely depends on personal preference.While the food in the various hotel restaurants was consistently good, there were a few moments when side dishes, such as salads, didn’t look very fresh - perhaps due to the extremely hot weather… However, overall, everything else was excellent.
