The Teda Swiss Inn Plaza Hotel is set amid lush gardens at the entrance of Chinese- Egyptian Economic Zone. Guests can make use of the free WiFi in the entire hotel, the pool and the 24-hour room service.
The modern, air-conditioned rooms at Teda Swiss Inn feature balconies overlooking the pool and garden. Each offers a flat-screen TV, a desk, a mini bar and wardrobe. A shower is fitted in the bathroom.

+: Housekeeping were great, and animation team.
-: - Location for the hotel, - Roads that lead to the hotel, - Hotel policy for half board only, and not too many restaurants around to have your lunch, so you are forced either to eat at the hotel, which is really expensive, or get a taxi to drive you at least half an hour to go to a restaurant, which is obviously more expensive, - Managers lack experience to sort out a customer complaint. As I've complained about the food, I had, to one of the managers, but he came back to me instead of getting refunded, or at least a discount, he came to me saying that the bill was right! While my complaint was about long waiting time for the food around 1:30hrs, when I asked they said because of electricity cut! No one informed me! The other food was ready, but it came really cold, as they were waiting for the other item to be cooked by electricity! Pizza came disgusting as the base was not cooked well, you can form it again, no yeast, when I asked the waiter, he said he will put it back in the oven again, and came back obviously burnt at the top and still exactly the same at the bottom. The waiter was insisting on selling it to me to feed my 6yo son! Which will end it in the hospital! All that they care about is how to collect money, regardless of whether the main source of money, which is the customer, is happysatisfied or not! The people there were extremely nice, all of them, including that manager I complained to him, but still far away from any European hotels who want to satisfy them customers. I hope that this is a lesson for all of us to learn how important the customer is, not a few pennies the hotel will collect in its safe. Got a few names here. I have to mention, as they were amazing, Housekeeping Abdul Rahman on the fifth floor, A guy working in the restaurant has curly hair and a bit darker skin. He is about 17-20 yo. The pool boy as well, he was absolutely amazing, helpful, and patient.
