+: Location is good. When we got our booked rook the room was good. Some of the staff were concerned and helpful (but the managers were a joke).
-: On check-in we were shown to a room with one double bed when we had booked a room with 1 double and 2 singles for a family of four. The manager's attitude was "that's all we've got until tomorrow". They put one extra single bed in the room but my son had to sleep on a mattress from a sun bed brought in from the balcony. The manager offered us a complimentary dinner in return for accepting the room which was the worst dinner we had during our time in Egypt - including some very suspicious looking items in the om ali dessert (see the close up photo of the brown pellet and make your own identification...). All in all we wasted about 3 hours on the first day waiting for the room and the terrible dining experience.

+: Apartmento amplio y q ponian toallas limpias para la playa
-: Fuimos dos familias y a pesar de tener el alojamiento reservado con 7 meses de antelación nos pusieron en edificios separados. Falta de mantenimiento en los apartamentos.. No nos facilitaron ninguna información a la llegada. La piscina y playa muy ruidosas, la música muy alta.

+: Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est génial, propreté, personnel très sympathique, à l'écoute, serviable, souriant et très professionnel. Particulièrement je tiens a remercier Mohamed Angar un amour et aussi le serveur du petit déjeuner.
-: La distance de la piscine et de la plage car les photos en ligne donne l'impression qu'elle est plus proche qu'elle est juste en bas de l'hôtel alors que pas du tout.
