The Grand Palace (Adults Only 18+)

+: Property is quite well maintained, beds very comfortable, all rooms with pool or ocean views. Location good, close to airport but quiet. Best part, it’s quiet! No kids. No loud music. No shows at night. A’la Carte restaurants very good. Front desk obliged us with late check out, no fuss, no charge. Shower excellent in bathroom. No constant hassle from sales tour people.

-: It was all a bit 90%. The aircon was poor, it worked, it was quiet, but took a long time to cool room, like it was running at 90% only. The buffet food options were limited compared to other all inclusive hotels I have stayed at, again , 90% but just lacking. Likewise bar service. Took a long time to get drinks. No wifi in rooms. Given 2 wristbands, Inc gold. Asked why. VIP band. Gave us nothing extra! I don’t know how that compares to other Hurghada hotels, but had a lot better in Sharm and Marsa Alam at this price point. It’s not cheap. Felt it just lacked a little at this price point.

+: L'emplacement, le lieu est magnifique. Une mention spéciale à Fadi qui s'est montré particulièrement avenant, agréable et disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Je le recommande pour tous les Francophones.

+: El personal del hotel es lo mejor de toda la estancia. En todo momento están pendientes de ti para mejorar todo aquello que puedas necesitar. Mención especial a Taha, de recepción, que solucionó todas nuestras necesidades durante toda la estancia.Por otra parte, es digna de mención la variedad y la calidad de la comida que se sirve tanto en el buffet como en los restaurantes a la carta. Calidad excepcional, todo hecho en el momento y con variedad en todos los servicios.Además, el entorno donde está el hotel ofrece la posibilidad de poder salir a pasear por un boulevard de la propia cadena, tanto de día como de noche con total seguridad, poniendo a disposición de los usuarios cafeterías, tiendas, cajeros automáticos, etc. cosas que también elevan la experiencia.

-: El complejo es muy muy bonito, pero necesita más mantenimiento en algunas zonas comunes y una puesta a punto en general.

+: La struttura è bellissima, pulita e con un servizio eccellente. Il ristorante a buffet è grande e per tutti i gusti. Staff molto gentile, sempre sorridente e veloce. Non ho mai visto un’area piscina così bella, stanze spaziose e a mio avviso ben arredate e accoglienti. Il posto è per lo più frequentato da tedeschi, ospiti discreti e rispettosi. rapporto qualitàPrezzo ottimo!

-: La spiaggia privata si affaccia su una porzione di mare non eccellente a differenza di altre spiagge di hurghada, con davanti tutte le barche attraccate. Attenzione che tutti si aspettano una mancia, cosa comprensibile ma a cui io non sono abituata.

+: The pool and the bar around it is nice. The staff was attentive.

-: There were tiny ants in the room that got into our suitcases and into all of our clothes and were also biting. Very unpleasant experience. A la carte restaurants are very poor, usually meal from frozen pre-made meals.

+: Semplicemente magnifico! La camera con accesso alla piscina è un vero plus della struttura. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, staff gentilissimo, buon cibo a buffet con varietà. Tutto meraviglioso!

-: Il mare davanti è bello, ma non è quello che ci si aspetta dal mar rosso.
