-: Shocking arrival where the reception claimed they didn't have our reservation. It was 02:30am... the receptionist had typed in the wrong date. Then wouldn't let us go to the room, without payment even though it was stated on booking.com that they would handle the payment. No change for our dollars and very bad start to our stay where we just needed to sleep for a few hours before heading to Dahab. Reception stank of stale smoke and was full of mosquitos which ate us while we waited for them to sort out very simply booking issues. No one helped with bags. The room had old, tired furniture, a mattress which has seen better days, stained sheets. It smelt very bad (old room stale smell). It's also on the flight path so planes are flying overhead while you try to get some sleep. There is nothing boutique at all about this place and was overpriced for the qualitystandard. Do not spend a holiday here.... we booked a pool view room but could also see the garden from the room.
