+: All was good, especially the reception Mr. Haitham, John, also the housekeeping & the food was wonderful.
-: The GYM needs a larger place, and the ventilation is not good inside it. Also, the mosque needs to be arranged.

+: L’hôtel était très beau, des espaces verts, magnifique et des piscines très bien entretenue des chambres spacieuses, du personnel, très nombreux et aux petits soins pour les vacanciers
-: Le seul point négatif, c’est qu’il est éloigné de la Marina. Point stratégique d’hurgada, mais très proche d’El Gouna que nous avons découvert et qui est magnifique

-: Wo fange ich an - die kinderpools nachmittags so verdreckt dass man da kein Kind mehr reinlassen kann, das Essen schlecht, Hygiene unter aller Kanone, 1 Woche Magen-Darm vom allerfeinsten bei allen aus der Reisegruppe (insgesamt 9 Personen und 2 Kleinkinder), Personal super unfreundlich außer man macht exakt was sie sagen, liegenmafia am Pool (gut, für das Verhalten der Gäste kann das Hotel nichts ABER man könnte dagegen angehen), an einem Tag wurde ohne Kommunikation irgendeine Chemikalie in großen Mengen in einen der Pools gekippt ohne vorher alle Gäste raus zu beten….es gäbe noch viel mehr aber das übersteigt das Maß
