+: Very friendly welcome. Attentive staff. The beach and water are beautiful.

+: The resort was expansive, offering a wide range of options for everything: multiple pools, numerous bars, and a variety of cuisines.

+: Actually the F&B team was super and the Recreation team was the best thank you for all the team 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼And thanks for Mehrael from the guest relation And Milad from the reception team actually I don’t know his position but he handled our rooms 🙏🏼

-: What I don’t like the person who was cleaning my room , he always enter the rooms many times not only one time which is weird and not normal at any hotels and against the policy.Secondly the duty manager his name Ahmed I asked him if there is any pharmacy available at the hotel he said no and if you want any medicine you can call El Ezaby and he gave me the hot line to call them from my cell phone, which I wonder later because I discovered that there is a pharmacy next to the V hotel and I knew that from the guest relation and she informed her friend at the desk so this time when I asked again about the pharmacy Ahmed gave me the card to call the pharmacy again 🤷🏻‍♀️ but the girl from the guest relation took the card to check if they working or not and arranged a golf car to escort us to the pharmacy really I think he need more training to know how to deal with the guest , and when I complained first day to the reception about the telephone and the mini bar no one fix it The hotel is good really, just some points can make better and more training for staffAnd to check the room well before do check in .

-: Premièrement, L’accueil qui a duré 2h. Ayant deux enfants en bas âges 5 et 2 ans l’attente était très longue et surtout après un long voyage. La barrière de la langue! Le manque de proposition concernant le buffet. Les menus étaient toujours les mêmes. Le manque de sympathie concernant l’ensemble du personnel! Que ce soit à la réception ou dans les restaurants. Seuls les femmes restent très à l’écoute et très souriante. Très décevant l’attitude du manager Milad qui dès le début de la réservation ne nous a pas dit bonjour et a encaissé notre séjour sans rien dire. Très peu arrangeant aussi. Très décevant ! Le nettoyage de la chambre laissait à désirer! Les produits de toilette étaient déjà ouvert!!! Les odeurs de canalisation au niveau des évacuations. La climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas correctement.
