+: Отель потрясающий! У нас был номер в видом на океан, в номере большие окна и из любого угла вид красивый. Бассейн с подогреваемой водой. Персонал очень приветливый. Перед возвращением домой нам нужно было сделать антигенные тесты на COVID-19. В отеле есть доктор, который приходит прямо в номер. Рекомендую всем посетить этот отель. И мы вернёмся ещё. -: Медленное обслуживание в номерах. Несколько раз ждали около часа.

+: Прекрасный отель с отличной инфраструктурой, сервисом и доброжелательным персоналом. Шикарные номера больше похожие на комфортабельные апартаменты, в которых хочется жить) Все понравилось, отлично провели неделю в августе. Самое главное: непосредственное, очень дружеское и самое активное участие персонала гостиницы в небольшом недоразумении, возникшем по прилету (не связанное с отелем, вопрос с прокатной машиной, нанятой в аэропорту). Сотрудники гостиницы подключились к решению ЧУЖОЙ! проблемы самым дружеским образом, потратили много личного времени и сил для оказания необходимой помощи в решении проблемы. В последствии также дружески и высоко профессионально организовали экскурсии: в океан к китам и дельфинам, наблюдение звезд и планет в телескоп и экскурсию на вулкан Тейде. +: Прекрасный отель, великолепные разнообразные завтраки, сервис на высоте, уборка 3 раза в день, отличный вай-фай на всей территории. Даже нечего добавить, это лучший отель в котором мы когда-либо были. Вид на океан и соседний остров Ла Гомера, которым мы наслаждались каждый день. Расположен в самой солнечной и благоприятной части острова. Даже не знаю, как теперь жить в других местах. Боюсь, все они будут казаться недостаточно хороши :) -: Иногда у бассейна не было свободных мест, но для нас это не большая проблема, тк мы не из любителей долго лежать. Остров слишком разнообразен, чтобы тратить на это время :)

+: Хорошее расположение, современный дизайн и все пространство продумано и комфортно. Удобный бассейн и до моря близко. Разнообразные завтраки и хорошее обсуживание. Много активностей в течение дня для гостей. Очень хорошая рускоязычная девушка на ресепшен, помогает во всем, очень внимательная. В ресторанах хорошее меню и сервис. Убиралась в номере тажже рускоговорящая девушка - идеально. Вот когда 2 дня ее не было, то в номере не убирались, приходилось звонить и просить по несколько раз. И результат был плачевный. -: Все двери в номере гремят. При выезде хотели снять деньги за мини бар, но передумали. Заходят в номер вечером сразу после одного звонка, правда дают две конфетки. В целом не идеально все было, но учитывая что предлагают другие отели, можно поставить пятерку)

+: Красивый, чистый, современный комфортный отель. Более чем просторный номер с видом на океан и большой терассой. В номере мебель и полный набор бытовой техники. Исключительная чистота, полотенца меняются дважды в день. Прекрасный выбор блюд на завтрак и большой выбор фруктов. Мы остались в восторге от поведённого времени и непременно вернёмся ещё не один раз. -: Минусов нет
