+: Тепло, много места, шустрый интернет, богатая кухня -: Спальня в подвале, каменный пол в спальне, окна закрыты ставнями, депозит спустя месяц висит как заблокированный. Забирать ключи в другом месте - неудобно. Шлют письма перед заездом, с просьбой пройти регистрацию. Кому то удобно, у меня нет времени этим заниматься. В результате о том, что ключи надо забирать в другом месте узнал по прибытию. Могли бы указать на букинге

+: Все понравилось. Интернет ловил отлично. В номере было тепло, вода горячая была. Месторасположение от жд очень удобное, минут 10 пешком даже если с ребёнком. Достаточно близко. -: Дороговат завтрак и нет свежих овощей. Ни одного продуктового магазина поблизости.

+: - очень!!! доброжелательный персонал- постельное белье хорошего качества- думаю, расположение хорошее, мы не смогли оценить, поскольку прибыли в воскресенье вечером, да и ещё в сильный ветер, пытались найти хоть одно открытое заведение, где можно поесть, но безуспешно, как в сказке Пушкина "лечь решили натощак"))- в номере было очень тепло, на улице +4, чтобы было тепло - один из решающих критериев выбора этого отеля, поскольку в отзывах других отелей (в том числе с более высокой ценой) люди упоминали о холоде в номерах.Мы много путешествуем по Европе и миру. В половине случаев, я не понимаю восторженных отзывов людей о некоторых отелях, а ещё чаще о некоторых ресторанах. У нас определенно свои критерии качества. Но в отеле всегда хочется ощутить немного больше, чем просто "переночевать". +: Отличное расположение. 5 минут с чемоданом от жд и автовокзала, еще 5 минут в другую сторону через реку исторический центр. Вокруг полно магазинов. Заселение достаточно быстрое. Ванная комната выглядит новее самого номера, возможно недавний ремонт, и чистая. Есть мини-бар. Мягкая кровать. На территории есть бар-ресторан и кафе, что удобно, хотя я не посещала и оценить качество не могу. Останавливалась в праздник, поэтому и там и там было очень много народа, причем по ощущению большинство не постояльцы, а местные жители. -: Сам номер показался несколько староват и темноват, да и отель чувствуется не новый. Хотя в целом все чисто. Вида из окна не было никакого, темная стена (хотя я обычно к виду не требовательна). Достаточно хорошая слышимость соседей сверху, что в целом это ничем не отличается от других больших отелей. Завтрак показался дороговат, не брала.

+: Расположение прекрасное, чисто, уютно. Хорошие номера. -: По прибытию, сказали, что в заявленные 14.00 не заселят, так как праздники, и нужно подходить после 15.00. Пришлось менять свои планы, что бы не сидеть на ресепшене лишние пару часов в ожидании готового номера.
