This hotel is one kilometer from the center of Tenerife’s Puerto de la Cruz. It has a rooftop terrace, with an outdoor pool, which offers views of Mount Teide.

+: Понравилась возможность платной парковки при отеле. -: Номер грязный, холодильник течёт. Вид с балкона отсутствует, так как стены на балконе высотой более двух метров и покрыты сверху битым бутылочным стеклом. Администратор отказался поменять номер, хотя "Booking.com" показывал свободные номера.

+: Очень хороший отель. Уборка каждый день, вежливый персонал. Номер большой, не очень новый, но вполне комфортный. wi-fi не самый быстрый, но zoom тянул. -: все было отлично.

+: Хороший обслуживающий персонал, всегда приходили на помощь! Сначала отель был заполнен и нам дали не очень номер, но потом я попросила поменять и дали отличный на 5 этаже возле бассейна , с прекрасным видом -: В номере старая мебель (

+: Недорогой отель, с мини кухней, бассейном, большими кроватями, балконом, шикарным видом. Чисто. Приветливый персонал. Неплохой WiFi Возможно за 2 евро в сутки поставить авто на приватной парковке. Тихий район.15 минут пешком до центра города и набережной. Возвращаться в отель сложнее, т.к. идти в гору и довольно крутой подъем -: Очевидных минусов не заметил, да и за такую цену придираться не хочется

+: Очень понравился отель. В номере чисто и уютно. Ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец. Порадовал бассейн и терраса около бассейна. Уютный номер с кухней. -: Я бы назвала только подъем и океана к отелю, но мне он был не в тягость и в следующий раз буду бронировать только этот отель. Но для людей с ограниченными возможностями подъем будет очень сложный и тяжёлый.

+: Вид из окна,убирали каждый день,менеддеры были весьма коректны хоть не знали русского😄,я не знал не испанского ни английского толком -: Парковка не для габаритных авто ,я брал рено аркана и не мог заехать туда нормально, только задним ходом изворачиаясь,и находится внизу далеко .еще не возможно постирать вещи их прачечная работает не коректно деньги взяла а потом зависла машинка и вещи пришлось вытаскивать из горячей стиралки инести полоскать руками .ну и место расположения на горе есть пройтись в гору прилично если пешком ,так все магазины и берег внизу гдето 1км

+: Очень доброжелательный персонал.Большие размеры комнаты,террасы и ванной комнаты. -: Нет нормального стола в комнате.Нет полотенец для лежаков у бассейна.Подъем в гору.
