+: Нам не повезло с погодой. Все 4 дня моросил дождь, хотя и было достаточно тепло(+24).На океане волны ,купаться просто опасно. Мы уезжали на юг острова по карточке TEN+ (10Э за целый день) А там.... солнце и +29 ! Океан спокоен! Накупались ,загорели. Отель понравился. Просторные номера, чисто, хороший напор горячей воды (жили на 8 этаже) отличное освещение, много розеток ,в ресторане и на лифты никаких очередей. Питание выше всяких похвал, очень разнообразное и качественное, все свежее, выбор огромен. Вино не очень, а пиво нормальное. В отличие от других отелей, все напитки на ужин бесплатно. Много людей пожилого возраста, в основном европейцы мне показалось, что русскоязычные были только мы. Думаю, молодым будет скучно))) -: Нет пляжных полотенец

+: большая двоспальная кровать, хороший завтрак, качественная органическая косметика)этот отель больше был похож на пансионат, чем на отель -: джакузи с 10 утра и до 20.00вечером пришли с ужина не успели, утром уже уехали в это время)бассейн холодный)

+: Отличный персонал. Приветливые и вежливые, в любое время суток готовы помочь с решением ваших проблем. Есть парковка прямо рядом с отелем, сутки – 4 евро. Очень удобно если вы путешествуете на машине. Во дворе хороший бассейн. Хороший завтрак, очень разнообразный, каждый найдет что-то по душе. Как оказалось еду всё-таки можно взять с собой в номер при необходимости, но нужно попросить у персонала одноразовую посуду. -: Холодильника не оказалось в номере, как выяснилось его можно получить за отдельную плату. В номере нет посуды, на ресепшене посоветовали обратиться в ресторан. В ресторане отказали, сославшись на табличку, где было написано, что нельзя выносить еду с собой. Но дали одноразовые тарелки, стаканы и приборы.

+: В отеле Catalonia Punta del Rey останавливался во второй раз (в первый раз был в прошлом 2018 году). Отель расположен в тихом и спокойном районе города Candelaria - Las Caletillas. Как и в прошлый год, могу отметить, что завтраки и ужины в отеле на высшем уровне, всё вкусно и разнообразно. Номер был комфортабельный, с приятным видом на бассейн и далее на океан. -: Замечаний нет, понравилось всё.

+: Гостиница очень хороша для отдыха с детьми , все включено, но если вы заказали завтрак и ужин знайте, что в зону бассейна который находится около океана вас не пустят, но есть хороший бассейн и джакузи прям под окнами бассейна

+: Белье чистое. -: Отель очень старый. Цена сильно завышена за номер. Ночевали одну ночь без завтрака. Плесень внизу на косяках ванной, так как вода в душе стекает плохо. Не рекомендую данный отель.
