+: Потрясающая атмосфера, лучшее расположение с выходом на пляж, очень вежливый персонал. Мы попросили поздний выезд, но наш номер был уже забронирован. Нам предоставили бесплатно номер дешевле категории, чтоб мы могли принять душ после пляжа. -: ничего не могу сказать плохого, понравилось все!

+: Отзывчивый приветливый персонал который старался удовлетворить все просьбы. Ухоженная территория. Выход на набережную с территории гостиницы. Разнообразные завтраки. -: Цена абсолютно не соответветствует качеству. Уставшие номера. Уборка производится в абсолютно произвольное время. Один день обнаружили что перевернули весь чемодан. На следуюший день выяснилось что пропала футболка. Администрация "провела опрос" рабочего персонала, никто конечно ответственность не взял. На этом все закончилось. Вместе с этим когда продавец в магазинчике назвала нам ошибочную сумму, нашли нас моментально. Отношение не соответствует статусу гостиницы.

+: Хорошо зонированная, ухоженная территория. -: Морально устаревшие, уставшие номера. Совершенно неудобные. Давно пора менять и мебель, и сантехнику ( она тоже из прошлого ). Слышимость - ужасная...персонал особо себя не сдерживает: громкие разговоры и грохот с утра из коридора. Из ресторанов выделил бы только основной ( завтракужин буфет ), по кухне все ок. Из остальных, куда ходили - все на тройку. Отель явно пережил свои лучшие времена. Однозначно не стоит денег, которые просят.

+: Завтрак, расположение, большая и ухоженная территория -: Отель достаточно поношенный, отсутствие ремонта, система канализации постоянно ломалась и у бассейна ее периодически чинили , что само по себе уже не приятная сцена. Поэтому у бассейна постоянно воняло. А в комнате воняло еще больше той же канализацией. Уборка номера происходила непредсказуемо - утром, днем , поздно вечером или вообще не происходила. Вешать табличку с просьбой убрать было бесполезно, никто ее не замечал. Персонал в ресторане крайне не приветливый, постоянно складывалось ощущение что мы пришли кушать к ним домой и нас там не ждали. Вообщем, с каждым годом становиться все хуже. Когда мы только начинали ездить в этот отель - 15 лет назад , мы были в полном восторге.

+: Бассейн с морской водой -: Отвратительная уборка номеров.во второй день вообще остались без уборки.пришли в 4 часа, не было убрано.ребенок лег спать ,повесили табличку не беспокоить.через 1,5 часа ушли на прогулку и сразу на ужин,пришли так никто и не убрал!!!!! На следующий день с пляжа вернулись в 5 часов и стояли ждали пока уберут. В детском клубе ни разу никого не видели,хотя написаны часы рабочие. Территория маленькая,гористая,очень много ступенек. Водители электроавто,проезжая мимо,никогда не остановятся и не предложат подвести.

+: Отличное месторасположение: рядом замечательный пляж и хороший променад, брендовый торговый центр. У отеля интересная архитектура. -: На завтраке работает очень глупый персонал, а ещё когда меняешь тарелку, тебе оставляют старые столовые приборы. На ужинах в ресторанах много жирных невкусных блюд. Ездили в ритц карлтон, там рестораны 👍
