Located on the sea front in Illetas, Gran Melia de Mar-Adults Only is set within beautiful gardens and features a small exclusive beach. This stylish hotel features 3 swimming pools and an extensive spa.

+: Очень хорошо обустроена пляжная территория отеля. Разные зоны, можно выбрать на свой вкус. Очень высокий уровень персонала. Ты 247 получаешь максимум внимания и любые услуги. -: Персонал очень старается, но отель пора реновировать. При всей чистоте и организации, номера уже устарели и общие зоны тоже.

+: Месторасположение, достаточно просторные номера и вид из них, наличие собственного пляжа, близость к Пальме. -: Обслуживание на завтраке очень плохое, официанты не подходили и не предлагали чай или кофе, приходилось специально ходить и звать для заказа чашки кофе, при это его приносили через 20 минут.

+: отдыхали с мужем с 27-4 июля остались в восторге от отеля и обязательно вернёмся. Уборка по три раза в день в номере, что не может не радовать. Персонал очень приветливый, на ресепшн решали все необходимые вопросы за минуту. Расположение отеля очень удачное до всего максимум 15 мин езды. Сам отель камерный, для полноценного отдыха. очень рекомендую этот отель! -: Оплачивая бали-кровать в стоимость входит только бутылка воды, можно было бы расширить немного бесплатные напитки или фрукты :)

+: Большие комнаты (Royal suit), lounge, приятное спа, тихо и спокойно -: Очень специфический контингент, средний возраст -70 лет. Видеть, как люди прямо за завтраком делают себе уколы инсулина в живот - тот ещё кайф. Крошечный спортзал

+: Если вы хотите отдохнуть от суеты,побыть в тишине и уединении-вам однозначно стоит остаться в этом отеле.Отель без детей!!!Территория небольшая,но в этом и заключается преимущество. Вкуснейшие завтраки, рестораны на территории отличные. Фильмы под открытым небом, вечера музыки-программа супер. Высокий уровень обслуживания. Чистейшие просторные номера. Все балконы оснащены лежаками. Все очень понравилось! -: Нет недостатков

+: Маленькая, но хорошая территория! Тихо и спокойно! Хороший массаж в СПА! -: Соотношение цены и качество-жестокое! СПА неплохое, но не 5 звезд)) навязывание косметики и тд... Завтраки ну ооочень бедные! Сальмон выносят по просьбе)) Персонал на завтраках ну вообще не говорящий на английском! Не говорящий даже на Глобише)) Я понимаю, что у меня не идеальный язык)) Чтобы объяснить, а главное дождаться кашу на воде и белый омлет, нужно приходить с образцами)) Ожидание может занять 45 минут, а каша не появиться!!!)) Хорошая и твердая 4! Я даже не поверил, что это World Leading Hotels... Убирают много и достаточно хорошо.

-: 1. Не понравилось то, что в Букинг-е я бронировал номер на 7-ом этаже (это верхний этаж) , а мне дали на 6-ом, при это сказав, что если я хочу последний этаж , то надо доплатить 100 евро за ночь! 2. Кровать, которая у меня в брони - ОДНА БОЛЬШАЯ , а мне в номере просто поставили две кровати рядом! 3. Персонал не знает КАК и ЧТО делать в случае ожога от медузы! Пришлось в крайний день отъезда пережить. Хорошо что рядом аптека и это случилось в рабочие часы.

+: Красивая территория отеля, хороший вид из номера -: Сервис. При заселении в отель не помогают с багажом, регистрацию в номер ждали более 30 мин, так как на ресепшн никого не было. В омлете на завтраке нашли кусок резинки, персонал даже не поменял омлет. Сотрудник ресепшн Рамон настроен агрессивно и не гостеприимно, не оказывает должного сервиса для 5*. Время ожидания такси от 30 до 60 мин. Номер не убирают до 14-15 часов. Только если настойчиво попросить. Не предоставляется питьевая вода на прикроватных тумбочках, как в других отелях. Лежаки на пляжах нужно бронировать заранее или вам не достанется места и персонал об этом не заботится.
