The Grupotel Orient is set in a quiet area, just 500 m from Majorca´s Playa de Palma Beach. It offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools with sun loungers, a gym and a sauna.

The hotel has good access to Palma city center, and the airport is just 3.1 mi away. There are also many shops and bars in the Palma Beach resort.

Grupotel Orient has adapted access with ramps. It offers spacious, air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms. They all have a balcony, a music channel and satellite TV.

+: Ненавязчивый сервис,разнообразная еда, вид из номера ( стандарт) , вечерние шоу, территория у бассейна. -: Кондиционер настраивать проблематично, лифт- это отдельная песня, его просто не возможно дождаться , благо жили на 3м этаже.

+: Понравилось абсолютно всё начиная с заселения. Вежливый и приятный персонал, чистый номер, тихо,удобное расположение,вкусные ужин и завтрак. -: Очень большой выбор еды,всё хочется попробовать 😄 если проживать больше недели,это может отразится на фигуре😂

+: Из плюсов отмечу:- большая удобная кровать, при чем это не две отдельные кровати, а одна. - меню в ресторане не сильно разнообразное, но все было достаточно вкусным. - вокруг бесплатные места для парковки, проблем поставить машину нет. -: Минусы:- первые три дня в ванной по утрам был сильный запах канализации. - скрипучая дверь в туалет. - оооочень медленные лифты. Страшно представить, сколько нужно их ждать в сезон. - самый главный минус - уборка. За неделю белье сменили один раз перед последней ночью, и то это было сделано потому, что наш маленький ребёнок замарал простынь. Как нам показалось, только ее и сменили. Пол мыли некачественно, постоянно оставался песок. В целом не было ощущения, что ты находишься в отеле 4 звезды. В этой же поездке отдыхали в двух других испанских отелях 3 и 4 звезды, там было намного приятней.

+: Хорошее расположение. Вкусное питание. Рядом остановки транспорта в Пальму и в аэропорт. -: Отсутствует русский тв-канал. Система все включено не включает перекус ов хотя бы в виде пироженки к чаю или буребродов к кофе. Из за этого нельзя было пропустить прием пищи или надо идти в общепит. Иногда хотелось задержаться в Пальме или на шоппинге и можно было бы просто перекусить.

+: Огромный выбор еды, каждый день предлагают часть блюд новых. Номера чистые и с нормальным ремонтом. Персонал приветливый, разговаривает на нескольких языках. Есть бассейн, сауна. По вечерам играют музыканты. Расположение хорошее. Рядом парк. До Пальмы ехать минут 15. Рядом есть супермаркеты и рестораны All you can eat.
