+: фантастически вкусный ужин в отеле, выбор. персонал в отеле,обслуживание, всё на 5 звезд.отель по настоящему заслуживает иметь оценку 9плюс тут на Букинге! номера после ремонта, мебель и тд-всё уютно! стильно. еще раз спасибо персоналу за всё - молодцы! -: слышно канализацию соседей номер 1101, нужно закрывать дверь в ванную а то ощущение что в ванной кидают гири на пол. в остальном всё прекрасно ! отель не новый, но персонал, обновленные номера, Качество еды и сервиса всё компенсируют. не бойтесь сюда ехать не пожалеете. отель был занят на 100 процентов и это ни на что не повлияло! всё прекрасно!

+: Отдыхала с мамой в этом замечательном отеле , была удивлена выбору еды , всё очень вкусно , ужины тематические с большим количеством свежих морепродуктов и мяса каждый вечер , всегда отличные сюрпризы от отеля , были даже суши ))) Персонал приветливый , делают всё с душой , чувствуешь их заботу и что тебе действительно рады. Спасибо отелю за вечерние шоу , за заботу , за вкусную еду , могу рекомендовать этот отель, мы остались довольны !

+: Все очень понравилось! Особенно ресторан с его великолепным качеством блюд, как во время завтрака, так и во время ужина. Отличная работа всей команды: ресепшена, официантов, поваров и т.д.Очень чисто на территории отеля. Рекомендуем. -: Жили в корпусе #3 на первом этаже. Это было не очень комфортно... Затем, номер заменили на самый лучший, с видом на море. Пляж, кстати, платный т.к. относится к муниципальной собственности. Примерно 8 Евро на человека в день.

+: Отель очень хороший. Расположен в парке с соснами и морской лагуне. Весь персонал очень внимательный, дружелюбный, приветливый. Море прекрасное, красивое и тёплое. -: Мы останавливались в этом отеле на 6 дней. И в течении этих дней ходили купаться на море и лежали на лежаках у моря. В последний день К нам подошли работники из аютоменто и попросили заплатить за лежаки по 12,34 евро за лежак. А мы все это время думали, что есть договоренность с отелем и нам можно пользоваться бесплатно этими шезлонгами.

+: Очень хороший отель, полностью соответствует заявленным звездам. Питание великолепное. Поварам браво! Персонал очень любезный. Территория небольшая, но приятная. Пляж чистый с белым песком, море мелкое и кристально прозрачное. Идеально с детьми. В отеле бесплатно можно взять SUP-борд. Убирают тщательно. Фен, вопреки отзывам, отличный. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Удобное транспортное сообщение с окрестными городками и с Пальмой. -: При заселении пытались навязать номер дороже по стоимости. Полотенца застиранные, это правда.

+: Отличный отель. Небольшой, но очень уютный, комфортный. Зеленая, ухоженная территория. Высокий уровень сервиса. Желание сотрудников отеля сделать все лучшее для гостей. Отличная кухня! Везде и всегда. И на завтрак, и в пляжном ресторане на ланч, и на ужин. Ужин вообще отпад! Очень обильное и разнообразное меню. Вкусное и качественное исполнение. Хорошая карта вин. Привезли по паре лишних киллограмов :) Не мелочяться и не экономят на пустяках. -: Аниматорская программа есть и занятия с детьми тоже. Но это не сильная сторона этого отеля. Неплохо бы было иметь детскую комнату.
