+: В отеле были второй раз. Хороший отель, вкусная еда. В этот раз поселили в номер на первом этаже ( до этого жили на втором) Нам было мрачновато , хотелось больше света =) , но рядом был бассейн , что очень удобно! Отель в целом хороший, номера отличные. Персонал отзывчивый , старается помочь. -: Полотенца , они уже серые. Когда мы приезжали в 2015 году а этот отель первый раз, все было идеально. В этот раз полотенца были серые(( уже старенькие. И на кровати на ткани у пола были следы грязи от ботинок =(

No emphasis on locally producedsourced foods. Freshly made hot food good but all other hot food was lukewarm food was stored in heavy ceramic serving dishes on lukewarm hot plates. Actual dinner plates were not always hot. All deserts and pastries were out of packets, should be more variety of fruit. The external dining area should be strictly no smoking. Invest in teaspoons. The restaurant staff are excellent, coffee not being available in the restaurant after dinner, you have to go outside to another area to get it and pay for it. It is decisions being made at management level re food quality that is letting you down otherwise I would give you 5star. I stayed at another sister hotel and it was the same issues with food, this type of all inclusive holiday is obviously not for me! Weird sound in the room and the area around it, but we did not find the source of it (air conditioner, something from staff area maybe...?!), it is really fustrating especially if you need full silence for sleeping.Fantastic breakfast-dinner at the hotel, great and huge selection, we were asked for allergies at least three times. Staff were really nice to us! On check out the guy took our safety deposit box key and had to be prompted to return our ten Euro’s. I then found out our other party returned theirs and did not receive their deposit back as they didn’t ask. In my view this should be automatic - i wonder how many people do not receive their deposits as they don’t ask - and more importantly where does the money go ? The entertainment was ok but nothing more than that. It felt as if the hotel were going through the motions. I find it a little irritating having to pay 16 euros for the safe. They should be free.WE were B & B and therefore only ate breakfast. There was a wide selection of cold and hot food and the quality was good The pools were excellent in size and having them heated was a plus. The sun beds were clean and comfortable and there was never a problem finding one. At checkin and checkout the reception staff were friendly and efficient.
