+: Отличное расположение отеля, прямо в центре города! Рядом огромный парк, до исторического центра пару минут пешком. Номер чистый, уютный, но темноватый. Снимали люкс. -: Полное отсутствие сервиса, от слова "совсем"! Ни улыбки на ресепшене, ни помощи с заселением, ни нормальной парковки. Завтраки однообразные и непонятно почему вечно уставшие официантки с утра пораньше.

+: Очень удобное расположение, близко центральная часть города и крепость, над которой запускают фейерверки. Автобусная станция в пешей доступности. От жд вокзала удобный автобус. Красный галстук для участия в празднике выдали при заселении. -: Во время Сан-Фермина немного шумновато, но намного тише, чем в центре. Беруши в номере есть.

Потрясающее месторасположение! Под окнами - великолепный парк. Рядом - много ресторанчиков и кофеен. В номере - чистота. Приехали раньше времени, но нас сразу заселили, номер был полностью готов. Машину оставили на паркинге отеля. За ночь за парковку заплатили 15 евро. Приятно удивил душ - отличный напор и плотный поток воды. Но странно - не было халатов и тапочек, все-таки 4 звезды. Wi-fi хороший. Номер светлый, с видом на парк. Единственно - не поняли, как открывается окно и открывается ли вообще. Поэтому показалось, что было немного душно ночью, несмотря на кондиционер. На ресепшн девушка говорит на русском, что тоже было удобно и приятно. Хороший большой холл, где можно выпить чашечку кофе. Без сомнения, остановилась бы в этом отеле еще раз. Время проживания: Апрель 2018

Было бы очень хорошо сделать более разнообразным меню, включив в ассортимент блюд рыбные закуски.Номер был очень комфортный, кровати - очень удобные, белье - белоснежное, вид из окна - на старую часть города. Время проживания: Май 2017
