    +: Просторный номер. -: Номера требую ремонт, все очень изношено. Очень дорого для такого отеля. Персонал очень странный - одна горничная добавляет капсулы для кофемашины, другая - нет. Двери отеля периодически закрыты (либо работают через раз), приходилось стоят перед дверьми и ждать их открытия сотрудниками отеля.

    +: Вежливый персонал. Чистота. Отличное расположение. Рядом метро. Вокруг много кафе-ресторанов. Хорошие завтраки, каждое утро что-то менялось из блюд. -: 1. Очень плохая звукоизоляция окон. Громкий шум с улицы. Особенно раздражает это ночью. Просите номер с окнами во внутренний двор, но таких меньшинство.2. При заселение сделали копию с банковской карточки, напрягло

    +: Хороший отель в центре города. Удобный транспорт до аэропорта и до основных достопримечательностей. Рядом остановка метро. Персонал относился внимательно к нашим просьбам: заселили сразу по приезду, разрешили оставить багаж на хранении после выселения из отеля. Очень качественные завтраки, но достаточно дорогие. -: Отсутствует система вентиляции в коридорах, очень тяжелый воздух.

    +: для 3 звёзд прекрасный отель. хорошее местоположение, недалеко от метро и в пешей доступности от центра. очень хорошие завтраки и приветливое обслуживание и всегда чистота. шума с улицы не слышно. очень советую другим. а мы обязательно вернёмся в этот отель при следующей поездке в Барселону! -: не очень удобная загородка в душе - на половину ванны, вода брызгает на пол и нет ёршика для унитаза

    +: Отель просторный , не убитый , номера небольшие но удобные , уборка отличная , завтраки вкусные и каждый день что-то новое , есть парковка но на большой машине сложновато заехать.Персонал отличный , особенно парень в столовой . Метро в 5 минутах ходьбы от отеля, до центра можно не спеша дойти за 25 минут. 15 минут до торгового центра Arena. Куча кафешек и магазинчиков рядом .

    +: Очень хорошие завтраки. Большой выбор выпечки, горячих блюд не много, стандарт -омлет, бекон, запеканка. свежие фрукты, много сыров, нарезок. Чистые номера, огромная кровать. Персонал приветливый. -: Ночью шумно, но это не из-за отеля, а из -за города который не спит:) если окно закрыть, будет ок.
