    -: Персонал на ресепшен полностью отказывается решать возникшие проблемы. Вечером к нам на терассу снаружи ( то ли с улицы, то ли от соседей) прилетела пустая бутылка. Разбилась перед нашими ногами, осколки по всему номеру. С большим трудом, только на следующий день, нам предоставили другой номер. И то, только после того, как мы собирались обращаться в полицию. На наше требование поговорить с администрацией портье отвечал отказом.
