+: Хорошее месторасположение. -: Очень небрежные уборщицы. Постоянно что-то забывали положить - то мыло, то полотенце. Интернет постоянно "отваливается". Администратор говорит, что последнее время бардак усиливается, менеджмент "забил" на управление. Хорошее местоположение должно всё вытянуть

В номере пахло куревом. Обстановка слегка устаревшая.Расположение в самом центре, близко ко всем достопримечательностям и музеям. 15 минут пешком до жд вокзала. Номер очень большой. Тепло, большая удобная кровать. Заселили в 9:30 утра. Хороший wi-fi. Есть мини-бар. Время проживания: Март 2018

Ужасные подушки!Длинные и плоские,чем-то набиты,что невозможно голову в трезвом состоянии на них дежать.Старые краны в санузле! Отвратительная регистрация при вхождении в интернет,долгое ожидание включения и слабоватый сигнал(фильмы не тянет),возможно в Новый Год большая нагрузка.Очень обходительный персонал,помогает с улыбкой во всех желаниях!
