+: Мы в течении двух недель посетили три 5* отеля по цене гораздо выше, при рейтинге 9+. Удивительно, но Pure Salt оказался на самом высоком уровне. Не понимаю, чем люди руководствуются когда дают высокие оценки там где их нельзя давать. Этот отель заслуживает наивысшего бала -: все понравилось

+: Красивый вид -: Очень странные технические работники, которые два раза долбились в дверь при табличке -не беспокоить! Очень странный спасатель-работник у бассейна, который при огромном количестве свободных лежаков, отобрал третий лежак т.к. мы были вдвоём, супруга один лежак поставила на солнце, а второй в тени.

Отсутствие биде. Я хоть и не мусульманин, но уважаю эту их гигиеническую процедуру. Душ рядом, но он не так удобен…Проживая в этом отеле, мы объехали на машине весь остров и подвели итог- очень приличный отель в приличном месте. Пожалуй, лучший из увиденных нами... Экстерьер классический, интерьер суперсовременный … Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал, отличные завтраки, качественная кухня на прочее время. Хороший вид на море, пляж и яхтенный порт с многочисленными ресторанами и шоппингом. В отеле вкуснее и лучше… Пляж -400 метров спуска с горы. Есть спасатели. Можно арендовать аквабайк, катер или яхту. В трёх километрах симпатичный многолюдный городок Санта Понса, весь в огнях и развлечениях, типа Салоу, только на горах. Бесплатная парковка на территории отеля. До столицы 20 минут по отличным дорогам. Время проживания: Август 2016

все очень-очень старое и малофункциональное. В номерах разве что штукатурка не отваливается. кондиционер нормально не работает. Без машины в ы никуда не доберетесь. На 5 звезд ну никак не тянет! Время проживания: Июнь 2016

Работа персонала.Проблемы возникали везде.При поселении,после длительного ожидания,нам дали номер ниже классом,чем было заказано и согласились перевести после долгих пререканий,вопрос с неработающим сейфом решался 3 дня,в ресторане чашки кофе приходилось ждать больше часа,уборка номеров посредственная и поверхностная.Впечатление, что проблема не в отдельных сотрудниках,а в плохой организации менеджмента и работы с персоналом.Меню завтраков было неплохим,но выбор был заметно меньше,чем в2 других пятизвездочных отелях на острове,где мы были на отдыхе.Этот отель самый дорогой из 3,но к сожалению,не самый лучший.Хорошее расположение, хороший вид в номере ,хороший, но необорудованный пляж,куда есть удобная доставка чартером,хороший бассейн Время проживания: Июнь 2016

Приехали на две ночи. Сначала поселили в номер ,всю ночь не спали,так как с окна со свистом дуло и штора стояла колом , не очень приятно было.. зато потом переселили а люкс и шампанское как комплимент. Время проживания: Март 2017
