+: Неплохое положение, рядом все необходимое, удобный пляж и станция водных видов спорта. Виндсерфинг просто отличный, можно и обучаться, можно и на небольшие волны выйти. Завтрак и ужин неплохие, но в Мелии на Фуэрте были получше :) -: Не понравилось, что при оплате наличкой в отеле получается ощутимо дороже чем картой онлайн, иногда это неудобно. Вообще цены думается несколько завышены, рядом много жилья гораздо дешевле. В самом отеле ничего интересного нет, разве что для пенсионеров вечерняя программа, хотя может просто в ноябре "не сезон".

+: Красивый, современный отель. -: Регулярно отдыхаю в разных странах мира, в разного уровня отелях. Отвратительное обслуживание на всех этапах проживания. Сложилось впечатление, что это 2 звезды. Не услужливый, не внимательный и самое любопытное не дружелюбный во всех отношениях персонал. При заезде произошёл неприятный инцидент, который был решён исключительно благодаря оператору Букинга. (Нам аннулировали бронь, из-за того, что мы не заехали в check in, попросили ещё раз оплатить всю стоимость проживания). Понятно что есть правила, но если гости заплатили за 10дней, и по причине погодных условий не долетели в день заведения, о чем не смогли сообщить в отель также по определённым причинам, это не значит, что без того стрессовую ситуацию нужно усугублять и доводить гостя до истерики. Это не уровень 5звезд. При этом проживать должно было два гостя, а прилетел только один и они не хотели войти в ситуацию до последнего.
