+: места общего пользования и персонал -: пол в комнате из керамогранита. стук и шум от соседей сверху передавался в комнату настолько громко, что спать было невозможно ни ночью ни днём пока они сами не уснут или покинут свою комнату. стены крашенные краской в комнате ободранные. матрас кровати неудобный и ободранный. пододеяльника нет, вместо него две простыни. очень неудобно. под кроватью очень много пыли не одного дня.

+: Все отлично. Заселили быстро. Объяснили как заехать на парковку, сделали скидку на паркинг. Объяснили где поздно вечером можно поужинать. Рядом несколько ресторанов буквально в 100 метрах. Останавливались переночевать и рано утром рано выезжали. Вообще не возникло никаких проблем. Хороший персонал. -: Все отлично.

+: Очень чистый,приятный отель ! Очень хорошее местоположение для любителей ходить пешком!!!! Нас встретила замечательная девушка,все нам объяснила и рассказала!!!! -: На завтраке не хватило отварных яиц. В номере очень не хватало тапочек и халата. Остальное все супер!!!!

+: Всё. Персонал и завтраки нужно отметить особо. -: Звукоизоляция хромает. И иногда персонал почему-то при уборке забирал карточку, открывающую номер, которую я оставлял при входе. Кроме этого все было супер. Соотношение цена-качество выше всяких похвал!!

+: Хорошее расположение, вежливый персонал. Вид из окна на гору Тибидабо. Неплохой завтрак. достаточно чисто в номере…но не для 4 ёх звёзд, а скорее для 3 ёх -: Самое неприятное-это забитый сток умывальника, грязное жёлтое кресло и отсутствие свежего ремонта в комнате (щели на стенах, облупившаяся краска). Качество на 3 звезды.

+: Прекрасный отель. За приемлемую цену для Барселоны хороший номер и качественные услуги. Есть рядом подземный паркинг. До готического квартала 10 мин на такси. Завтраки хорошие, всё было вкусно.

+: Уютный светлый отель ,в хорошем районе .В первый же день сориентировались и с детьми ходили только пешком до центра и по этим всем улочкам рядом .Много рядом магазинов одежды с неизвестными но очень стильными вещами .Магазины ,кафетерии,перекусы ,бары все есть )Номера в отеле хорошие у нас было 2 комнаты .Детскую кровать сразу поставили до нашего приезда )Мы жили 3 дня было нам комфортно )Завтраки однообразные но вкусные )Базовые омлет,вареные Яйца,сыр ,колбаски,хлопья ,хлеб ,булочки все вкусно .Очень чисто .Девочки которые ухаживают за столовой вам 5+ все чисто и спокойно ,улыбчивые .Один минус хотелось бы куриные сосиски если добавили бы ,в следующий наш приезд в этот отель надеюсь увидеть Куриные сосиски )-Минусы звукоизоляция (-В ванне было очень грязно волосы и прям сильная грязь въевшаяся !Позвонила на ресепшн убрали быстро ,но хотелось бы чтобы последили за чистотой в номерах и тогда все будет идеально!В следующий приезд надеюсь все это исправят и мы ещё больше будем в восторге от этого города ,отел Read more

+: хорошее расположение, вкусные завтраки, отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен стандартное для этой сетки качество номеров -: странный сервис в номерах. у нас было забронировано два одинаковых трехместных номера. в одном были тапочки, халаты и две воды на троих, во втором одна вода на троих, без тапочек и халатов
