+: Современный качественный отель. Прекрасные завтраки и едой на обед. Удобные номера (люкс с двумя санузлами и двумя балкончиками), хорошая косметика, кофе, чай в номере. -: Отсутствие полноценного утюга и гладильной доски. Пришлось гладить на маленьком столике полуутюгом, который даже не нагревался. Просьбу принести нормальный утюг и доску проигнорировали, также как и аксессуары для малыша, - не очень внимательный персонал.Ресторан Oria с одной звездой Мишлен разочаровал, только одно блюдо из пяти было вкусным (мнение всех гостей, нас было пятеро).К сожалению, не продлили номер в день выезда, даже на час, несмотря на то, что у нас маленький ребёнок. То есть странно, что готовы были другому гостю предоставить ранний заезд, хотя я готова была оплатить продление.Казалось бы, формально отель соответствует 5 звёздам, но пятизвездочного сервиса мы не получили.

+: Отель крутой. Сотрудники молодцы. Уровень сервиса шикарный. Завтраки очень вкусные. Расположение отличное. Все круто! -: Была одна ситуация, когда нас в баре на веранде просто игнорировали, и пришлось уйти обедать в другое место. После жалобы, отель предоставил ваучер на 50 евро в качестве извинений и потом нас обслуживали на высшем уровне. Прохладный бассейн, но это мелочи.

+: Отель прекрасен, начиная от расположения на главной улице в центре до персонала, который сделает все, чтоб было комфортно и удобно, постарается выполнить любую просьбу. Нас с сыном без проблем заселили раньше времени заезда ( к слову, в другом отеле тоже 4⭐️, где мы останавливались после Монумента даже при условии маленькой загруженности смогли поселить только после 15.00, хотя позвонили заранее и сказали что у меня день рождение и попросили подготовить комнату, так как возвращаемся с долгой поездки из гор - они же как будто радио слушали…)Сам номер очень комфортный, тихий, есть все необходимое и даже полностью бесплатный минибар ;)) Отличные завтраки.

+: приветливый персонал , есть даже русско говорящие . встретили хорошо . прекрасный завтрак на крыше отеля , есть фитнес Студио и бассейн . вечером работает на террасе бар с вкусными коктейлями и прекрасным видом на город сверху . -: я чувствительна на пыль , нужно больше влажной уборки в номерах . нет крючков для развешивания полотенец и халатов в номере и не посредственно ванной комнате .
