+: чисто, небольшой номер со всем необходимым, от отеля недалеко пешком до памятника Колумбу и Национальной Библиотеки и дальше по проспекту до музея Прадо. Завтрак-буфет довольно обычный: омлет, яйца, сыры, колбасы, мюсли, йогурт, свежий хлеб, джемы, масло, кофемашина. -: очень плохая шумоизоляция.

+: Хорошее расположение, рядом с метро, улицей Фуэнкаррал и Гран виа, до центра 15 минут прогулочным шагом. В 5-7 минутах El Corte engles и большой супермаркет carrefour. В номере удобные кровати, хорошие матрасы, отличный душ. Все работает, в номере чисто, представляют полотенца, ванные принадлежности, есть холодильник и сейф. Завтрак не брали. Персонал вежливый, оформляют быстро. -: Очень высокая слышимость из коридора и соседних номеров (все передвижения, разговоры, чихания, хлопанье дверьми), особенно ночью
