+: чистота , персонал -: отель позиционирует себя как 4 звезды, при этом в номере элементарно нет питьевой воды, халатов, тапочек, не говоря уже о таких вещах как ватные палочки и т.д. к вашим услугам. в номере только полотенца , платный мини бар (вода 4€) и шампуни. засор в душе, вода еле отходит . что касается бассейна, то он всегда забит, шезлонгов хватает на 10-12 человек. остальные как хотите. что касается расположения, готовьтесь ждать автобус до центра по 15-20 мин в +37, а до метро идти пешком столько. не понимаю за что люди в отзывах хвалят расположение этого отеля.

+: Все супер! Номер красивый, чистый. Снэки, сладости , соки, вода и даже пиво в номере имеется, что очень приятно. Месторасположение отличное, прогуляться до всех достопримечательностей можно неспешно, погружаясь в атмосферу замечательного города Мадрида.

+: Отличные завтраки -: Учитывая размеры гостиницы и ее не полную заполненность - дали номер на втором этаже с видом на стройку (хотя есть прекрасные виды на реку...) мини-бар всю ночь гудел - не возможно спать
