+: Чисто, новый отель, интерьер красивый, завтраки отличные! -: Очень долго добивались подушек и одеял и всего для третей персоны, хотя бронировались на троих. Удивило отсутствие питьевой воды в номере. Странный туалет с щелями в дверях, отсутствие полок и крючков в душе совсем неудобно. Если вы заказывали что-то в номер, убирать и возвращать это приходилось самим, Уборка это не трогает. И зачем-то берут данные кредитной карты, это совсем дичь для 4-х звёзд.

+: Новый современный отель в тихом месте( в стороне от шумной тусовки на набережной) и при этом в нескольких минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Очень понравилась кухня в отеле, смело можно брать ужин или хотя бы поужинать разок, рекомендую! Легко добраться на автобусе до Пальмы( около 30 мин.) и в аэропорт(10-15мин.) -: Дизайн отеля может не понравится тем, кто не оценит минимализм в стиле лофт) Все новое, но не хватает мелочей( например, сушилки для вещей после пляжа, крючков для полотенец). Не работали сауны в зоне спа( возможно, потому что лето?).

+: Хороший отель. Приветливый персонал. Хорошие завтраки. Ужины входили в стоимость (заказ по меню) небольшие порции, но довольно вкусные. -: У нас был номер с выходом в бассейн. Вода холодная, в море и то теплее. Разместили на двери табличку- не беспокоить, но персонал не обращал на это внимание и пытался зайти, сделать уборку) Слышимость в отеле хорошая.
