    +: Очень вежливые и отзывчивые администраторы. -: Спрашивали организовать на одном этаже двух номеров рядом. За ранее попросили организовать - мы одна семья но будем жить в двух раздельных номерах - Мы с мужем и наши дети отдельно. В течение 16 дней проживания, нам каждый день администраторы говорили что завтра организуем - но так это и не произошло. Номера были свободные, это подтвердили администратор но хозяйка гостиницы не дала добро что бы жить нам на одном этаже в двух номеров.

    +: чистые номера, приветливый и очень внимательный персонал -: катастрофически маленькие окна на четвёртом этаже, об этом не было сообщено заранее, при заселении возможности сменить номер так же не было

    +: Уютные номера , рядом с морем . Хороший бар при отеле. -: В душе отсутствовала дверь и водой заливало всю ванную. Шланг был тоже поврежден и вода разбрызгивалась . Потом правда заменили. Уборщица убиралась плохо , не вытирала разлитый сок в самых видных местах и т.д. мыла все с каким то средством и испортила кофточку , которую я положила на стул. Завтрак был нормальным , но не хватает персонала и они не успевали все выносить , поэтому кто успевал тот и ел) Полотннца поменяли только на четвёртый день. Щеька зубная почему-то была одна, хотя номер на двоих. Гели для душа и шампуни один раз только дали . Хозяин приветливый и милый, а вот девушка на ресепшн не очень. Спросили есть ли бонус от отеля в день рождения, сказали принесут бутылку шампанского , напомнила несколько раз , но так никто ничего не принёс.
