+: 1. Очень комфортный номер. 2. Разнообразный завтрак. 3. Чистота в отеле. -: 1. Недоброжелательный персонал на ресепшен. При заезде менеджер не обращала внимание на нас, разговаривая по телефонам, пока не заставили обратить на себя внимание. Информации по вопросам проживания в отеле практически не было представлено. Никто нас не проводил до номера и не показал его. Во время проживания жене потребовалась медицинская помощь и при обращении на ресепшен вызвать врача в номер, сотрудник не оказал необходимого содействия. 2. Плата за пользование сейфом в номере отеля. Обычно в четырехзвездочных отелях пользование сейфом является бесплатным.

+: Весь отель начиная с рецепшена заканчивая номером был великолепен! Все новое, персонал доброжелательный, всегда приходил на помощь! В ресторане всегда встречали радушный прием - отдельно отмечу Администратора Дани - Он успевал и персонально пообщаться со всеми приходящими гостями, и помочь сотрудникам в уборке и подготовке столов! Лично готовил свежевыжатый сок. Руководству отеля - ЦЕНИТЕ ДАНИ! Он реальный профессионал! ))) Питание отличное - очень часто на ужине с удовольствием кушали авторские блюда от Шеф повара. -: Сохраните свой высокий уровень! ))

+: Питание прекрасное и разнообразное, район неплохой, хотя рядом много клубов, номер лучше брать со стороны бассейна, для 3 звёзд номера и оформление гостиницы очень хорошее, прекрасное соотношение цены и качества. -: Не убирали на балконе песок.
