+: Встретил радушный хозяин, мило побеседовали о жизни в Испании. В номере есть всё, о чём говорилось в объявлении. -: Заселились уже вечером, около 18, балконы открыли, было тепло. На ночь закрыли и спустя некоторое время появился запах плесени! Утром попросили поменять номер, но как выяснилось их недавно затопило и такая ситуация во всех номерах. Девушка-сотрудница сказала, что вся Испания плесневеет из-за дождя. Думаю , это бред. В общем жили круглосуточно с открытыми окнами, только так спасались. Хорошо, что только 3 дня.В номере муравьи. В туалете, кладовке, в гостиной.

+: Наверное только отношение администратора. Мы заехали в 11 к закрытию ресепшена. Администратор нас душевно принял, все оформил дал инструкции по местности и все это на нашем языке. -: Сильная слышимость, очень прокуренный и уставший номер. Ощущение что все грязное.

+: Это мой первый опыт проживания в апарт - отеле. ожидания былы превышены. Отель предоставляет услугу высокого качества и создает ощущение семейного уюта. Персонал выше всяких похвал. Такой быстрой и адекватной реакции на все пожелания я еще не встречал. Ну и оснащение номера на хорошем уровне.
