+: Отель хороший, довольно чистый, завтра и ужин были отличные, большой выбор на шведском столом -: Персонал на рецепции просто ужасный, мы забронировали номер для двоих взрослых и ребёнка 6 лет, в описании было указано, что предоставляется дополнительная кровать для ребёнка, но при заселении нам её не предоставили, а поселили нас в обычный номер с одной двуспальной кроватью. Кроме того на всё наши просьбы поменять номер, нам было отказано, при этом при выселении списали с карты 23 евро, якобы оплата за ребёнка, при этом заявлено проживание ребёнка бесплатно. Короче, развод, и испорченный день.

+: Завтрак стандартный, довольно разнообразные, хотя интерьер ресторана очень не уютный. -: Было очень очень шумно! Спать ночью было совершенно невозможно! Звукоизоляции никакой! Соседние номера было слышно каждое слово. Кроме того, соседи были молодые люди, которые всю ночь, до 6 утра (!) развлекались! Ходили, громко разговаривали, хлопали дверями, иногда по причине сильного алкогольного опьянения трогали нашу дверь и т. д. Если вы приехали действительно отдохнуть, то этот отель не для вас. Здесь шум всю ночь, это точно. Я считаю, что администрация, если видит людей возраста 40+ должны позаботиться, чтобы поместить их вдали от шумных компаний молодёжи. Это, я считаю, обязательная забота о клиентах. Мы провели ужасную ночь, и были рады уехать на следующий день!

+: хорошая цена, вкусные завтраки, в номере чисто. -: расположение не так уж далеко от пляжа, но близко к трассе, окна если выходят на трассу- это ужас- про сон с открытым окном можно забыть. Хорошо слышно соседей.

+: Еда была хорошая : разные пиццы, мясо, рыс, макароны..., много сладостей: тортики, желе, кексы, булочки, мороженое на выбор, фруктов много, море вблизи, чистый бассейн, дружелюбный персонал, -: Кровати передвигаються, разежаються чайника нету в номере, как было написано, что чайник, чай, кофе, кофемашина есть в номере

+: Получился отличный отдых! Отель очень хороший, все в пешей доступности, С утра до не поздней ночи, можно без проблем добраться прямым автобусом а11 до аэропорта и обратно. Еда хорошая, было вкусно! Персонал приветливый Ходили в спа- все понравилось В бассейне купались все дни отдыха( водичка по температуре удовлетворительная) В отзывах пишут за шум, нам он НЕ мешал, в этом плане было все хорошо! Цена- качеству соответствует!

+: Отель очень понравился, прекрасный персонал говорят на немецком, английском языке. Уборка номера каждый день, только незабудьте повесить на ручку двери что вам требуется уборка.Завтрак буфет ,очень вкусно, огромный выбор. Можно взять экскурсии в разные великолепные места прямо в отеле,аренда машины очень недорого и тоже в отеле. Очень классная локация, всё в шаговой доступности.200 метров до моря. Ребята приезжайте сюда отдыхать не пожалеете. Я влюбилась в Пальму де Майорка и в Hotel Samos❤️Фото не очень так как скопировала их с видео,так как делала всё время только видео .
