это не недостаток - много клиентов у отеля.Очень хорошо. Прекрасно готовят повара ресторана. Рекомендую этот отель к посещению. Время проживания: Сентябрь 2017

Отель расположен на восточной окраине Puerto del Carmen, где ветер всегда почему-то сильнее и холоднее, чем в центре города, поэтому лежать у бассейна было не очень комфортно. Это, конечно, не вина отеля, просто надо иметь это ввиду. Нам досталась комната на первом этаже с окнами, выходящими прямо на спортивные площадки: с открытой дверью приватности вообще никакой, с закрытой получше, стекло бликует и скрывает, что там в глубине комнаты, но голым к окну уже не подойдешь, ну а вечером, понятно, без штор вообще никак. Система отопления отсутствует, кондиционер работает только на охлаждение. По нашей просьбе в комнату принесли обогреватель, но он жутко выжигал воздух, так что либо холодно, либо дышать нечем. Кроватей две, с ощутимой "щелью" между ними. Сейф за доп.плату.Общие зоны приятные, напомнили круизный лайнер - многоуровневые, закругленные, как корма.
