+: просторные номера, достаточно чисто! удобно, что вода в номере в больших бутылках, как оказалось, это далеко не везде)) отличное меню подушек-из более чем достаточно)) расположение тоже хорошее! отличный бар на верхнем этаже, вкусно! завтраки не брали. -: почему то в Испании есть какой то свой прикол с открытой ванной зоной) это не всегда удобно)

+: завтрак приличный, персонал старается. -: очень маленький номер для 5 звезд и за такую цену за номер!!! Два человека и еще с двумя стандартными чемоданами, это очень не удобно, Места почти нет! Забыли поменять полотенца!

+: Отличное месторасположение, рядом несколько приличный кафе, шопинг.Очень внимательный и услужливый персонал, -: Умывальник при входе, отдельно от ванной и туалета, нет биде.Безобразные подушки, очень слабо наполненные, кладешь голову и как будто ее нет.Номер довольно просторный,но по идиотски спланирован.Дверь шкафа открывается не в спальню ,а в коридор,тем самым перегораживая проход!!Чтобы пройти обратно в спальню надо закрыть дверь в шкаф.шведского стола нет,обслуживание по карте, два вида завтрака, однообразные,довольно долго ждать.За 26 евро что они стоят в любой соседней забегаловке можно поесть гораздо лучше.В общем это конечно пять звезд по испанским меркам, но если хотите действительно классный отель в центре Барсы, рекомендую El Palace.

+: Все очень чисто, блестит и пахнет! Весь персонал очень внимательный. Локация очень удобная, все есть рядом, тихо, но центр! Красивая терраса! И очень вкусный завтрак )

+: Отличный отель. Расположен на тихой улице, рядом есть всё необходимое, включая круглосуточные магазины. До центральной улицы с бутиками и главными достопримечательностями можно дойти пешком. Рядом удачная станция метро, от которой можно без пересадок доехать до любого места города. Безупречный ресторан на крыше с потрясающими видами. Хорошие завтраки. -: Ужасное качество уборки. В один из дней забыли убраться, в другой день при уборке забрали все тапочки из номера, пришлось звонить чтобы принесли. Так же при уборке ваши вещи из шкафа могут переложить в другое место, при том, что они сложены и не мешают. Это непозволительно для отеля такого уровня.

+: Очень понравился отель. Шикарное расположение. Центр, но очень тихо. Удобная кровать и подушки. В восторге от ванной комнаты в номере делюкс. Дорогая косметика. Очень приятный бар на крыше. В общем, в следующий раз даже не буду рассматривать другие отели. -: Все понравилось.

+: персонал отеля очень вежливый и услужливый! консьерж организовал для нас 2 совершенно незабываемых вечера!( искренние благодарность)великолепные кровати и постельное белье!отель очень комфортный! -: бассейны в спа и на террасе очень маленькие ( к сожалению плавать не возможно)но для релакса после дня подойдут.
