+: Месторасположение!Лучше не бывает!Окна нашей комнаты выходили во внутренний двор Отеля.Вид чудесный на этот уютный дворик.Персонал на ресепшн профессионалы своего дела.Молодцы! -: Ужинали в ресторане при Отеле.Считаем,что в вечернее время столы должны быть покрыты скатертями.При бронировании столика для ужина мы попросили покрыть стол,но нашу просьбу проигнорировали.

+: Роскошные интерьеры, комфортная кровать и подушки, радушный прием после перелета. Приятно порадовал бесплатный ранний заезд в номер. Вкуснейший ресторан, не побоюсь этого слова высокой кухни на первом этаже. Для меня отличное расположение отеля, в центре, но не на шумной улице. До всех достопримечательностей ходили пешком, максимум 30-40 минут. Метро соответсвенно тоже рядом. -: Ремонт в 23:00. Звуки были не понятно откуда, то ли сверху, то ли снизу, то ли из соседнего здания. Но были. Причем нехилые такие. Сотрудники ресепшн предложили переехать в другой номер (не пришлось в итоге, за полчаса ремонт окончили) и тысячу раз извинились. Заказывало трансфер для встречи в аэропорту, согласовали автомобиль, стоимость, дату, рейс - никто не встретил.

-: При заезде, девушка на ресепшн заселила нас в номер классом ниже забронированного. Спустился на ресепшн для разбирательств, девушка уже исчезла, её коллега тут же исправила ошибку. При отъезде та же самая девушка увеличила счёт расходов на 1400 евро, якобы за три неоплаченных дня ,хотя при заезде сняла деньги за весь период бронирования. Выразил несогласие, предоставил чек об оплате. После небольшой паузы нехотя согласилась, без извини, как будто так и надо. Граждане будьте бдительны. Не грешу на modus operandi отеля, просто мы не понравились сотруднице ресепшн.
