+: персонал, анимация, место, чистота в отеле и в номерах, несмотря на не слишком новые номера, они очень уютные. -: можно обновить ремонт в номерах на более современный, хотя не так уж плохо и так, а вот розеток очень мало в номере. нет трансфера от отеля, самостоятельно из аэропорта около 100евро ( в одну сторону) или удобно на 3 автобусах с 2 пересадками, пустые и четко по расписанию ( около 40 евро на 4-х в одну сторону)

+: Персонал квалифицированный, отзывчивый и доброжелательный! Большая, зелёная и ухоженная территория. Хорошее разнообразное питание. Прекрасный пляж. Для семейного отдыха. -: Звукоизаляции нет никакой, слышно каждый шорох соседей и шумы из коридора. Номера "уставшие".

+: Останавливались в отеле на 2 дня на первомайских праздниках. Питались самостоятельно, поэтому про питание в отеле ничего не скажу. Дали номер на первом этаже с видом на море. Приветственный напиток. Номер уютный, чистый, к уборке претензий нет. По телевизору есть русские каналы. На кухне достаточно посуды, столовых приборов. Есть чайник, кофеварка, тостер. Почти напротив отеля находится магазин Спар + ещё один магазин с продуктами(мяса, рыбы и т.п. в них нет). Красивое место, есть где погулять в окрестностях, разработаны несколько пеших маршрутов. На второй день на море был шторм с приличными по высоте волнами - потрясающее зрелище! -: В ванной комнате один диспенсер, в котором и шампунь и гель для душа, странновато для отеля 4 звезд...обычно выдавали флакончики с шампунем, гелем для душа + молочко для тела. Оплачивали трехместное пребывание, а комплектов полотенец было только на двух человек! На кухне нет жидкости для мытья посуды. Одна конфорка у плиты не работала.

+: Гостиница расположена возле очень красивого пляжа, в доли от основных потоков туристов. Номер был очень комфортный. Постоянная уборка номеров. Территория большая и красива. Много развлечений для детей. Удобный выход к морю. Для людей которые себя нечем было занять работали аниматоры. Большинство отдыхающих были немцы и голландцы с семьями. -: Первых два дня не работал интернет в номере. Перед окнами номера находилось кухня кафе, поэтому целый день работал двигатель вентиляция. Это раздражало. Отсутствует парковка для жильцов. Постоянно приходилось искать место для парковки. Спорт зал с небольшим набором оборудования.

+: Детям очень хорошо. Много развлечений, много бассейнов, детские площадки. Море совсем рядом. Можно прогуляться в горы. Пейзажи супер. Еда в ресторане хорошая, нет смысла искать дешевле. Выбор большой, отличный. Кому интересно буквально в 10 минутах езды от отеля есть город магазинов нереально много, базар, морской порт, скалы. Словом не пожалеете. -: Не все фото соответствуют действительности. Комнаты с джакузи не дали только для бизнес и то если все включено покупаешь. Нужно ехать когда тепло, вода в бассейнах холодная,-без подогрева. И дело вкуса это край цивилизации - только отдых ни каких магазинов и шопингов. Есть 2 водички купить.

No surrounding bars and local shops are vastly overpriced. At check in it was like a hard sell to upgrade that left us disappointed before we had even seen the room, although the hotel was mostly empty we were given a room without a view as we didnt pay more than double to upgrade. You can only use the adults area if you have paid to upgrade to a premium property, this is not like other vivas Ive stayed at. We caught the maid using our room as her own personal toilet even when she wasnt cleaning our room which was a bit off putting and made our room smell. We had a car and went to Radjita, I would really recommend hiring a car, it was lovely we had lunch at mama pizza which was the best pizza Ive ever eaten. On our way to our next hotel we had the best fillet steak at the Boy which was 5 stars we are now staying at the viva zafiro for a few days in Alcudia 😀Amazing views, large clean and well maintained complex with lots of pretty flowers, the beach is amazing and if you like a scenic view then this is Read more
