+: Близко к аэропорту, комфортно. -: Персонал не очень то вникает в то, что ты им говоришь. Всё быстрее и скорее, не выслушивает до конца. Меню в ресторане в основном мясо и рыба в сыром виде.

+: 1) Расположение - отель рядом с выходом из терминала, буквально 300 метров. 2) Большая стойка регистрайции, коллеги оперативно проводят расселение гостей после прилета нескольких рейсов. 3) Номер чистый, кровать удобная :) Ну и завтрак, это просто роскошный финский завтрак - много разного и вкусного :)

+: Кровать, подушки, белье, завтрак соответствует уровню отеля, великолепное расположение в сотне метров от терминала -: Отель 5 звёзд должен лучше заботиться о постояльцах и добавить в номер тапочки: гости там после перелетов и переездов, уставшие, им важно, чтобы ноги отдыхали. Разочаровали в этом году ужины в ресторане. А суп из лосося, заказанный в номер не отличался от супа в дешевом кафе в аэропорту: в бульон бросили кусок копченого лосося и давно отваренный картофель, который даже не прогрелся. Есть подозрение, что в номер привезли суп из того кафе.

+: Обстановка не древняя, как в других Хилтонах. Два шага от аэропорта. Кровать удобная. Размер номера хороший. -: Нет ничего. ни тапочек, ни халата, ничего в ванной комнате. Шампунь, кондиционер, гель в больших контейнерах, прикрепленных к стене. А, была шапочка для душа) Вода для чайника в минибаре по 6-7, 5 евро маленькая бутылка. 6 без газа. 7,5 с газом.

+: Отель удобен для отдыха между рейсами.Великолепная звукоизоляция.Самолетов не слышно,а вот закрывание дверей в соседнем номере было слышно.Но это зависит от постояльцев,насколько они воспитаны!Прекрасный завтрак! -: Мы предпочли бы на завтрак выпить крепкого эспрессо,но его нет.
