+: Хороший вайфай и на кухне есть посудомоечная машина -: Ужасная уборка, точнее ее отсутствие, нет сейфаВсе залипшее везде чужие волосы дверь душевой скрипит так что слышно всем соседям шкафы с неработающими дверками но больше всего мне понравилось что с потолка возле лампы просто капает на пол вода и все ходят мимо будто так и надо Очень хамовитый персонал на ресепшене, делают вид что не знают английский

-: Все крайне неопрятно, грязно и требует обновления. Начиная от лифта, заканчивая номером. Очень неудобно в номере. К примеру, в душе нет даже полочки для шампуня, приходится ставить на пол. Кондиционер работает на тепло "через раз", в номере постоянно прохладно. В описании номера заявлено наличие телефона. Т.к. была в командировке, это было важно. Спустя 2 дня проживания персонал на ресепшене сошелся, наконец, в общем мнении, что телефон в номере только для того, чтобы звонить на ресепшн. В Бордо есть несколько отелей с собственной кухней и в центре города. Можно найти гораздо лучший вариант за меньшие деньги!

+: Рядом остановки общественного транспорта, но до центра Бордо мы ходили пешком, порядка 30 мин (~2.5-3км) продуктовые магазины тоже есть, но они как-то странно работают, всего до 21 ч, а вс и вовсе до 20. В самом отеле довольно тихо и спокойно

+: Большой номер. Подземная парковка непосредственно под отелем. Как вариант переночевать одну-две ночи вполне подойдет. -: Апартаменты давно требуют, как минимум, генеральной уборки. Все довольно обшарпано.

+: Ничего -: Вместо семейного, оплаченного при бронировании номера, дали два отдельных. Пришлось жить с детьми в разных номерах. О том, что номер наш заменен нас не предупредили заранее ни по почте, не по телефону. Приехали вечером, уже менять на др отель не было возможности тк останавливались на 1 ночь всего.
