+: Чисто, отличное местоположение, приятный свежий ремонт, отличный завтрак в плане еды ! -: ХАМСКИЙ персонал, отвратный кофе на завтраке, наглый обман с размерами комнаты Заказали комнату типа Мастер Гест Рум, тут на букинг она указывается как комната площадью 35кв.м, нас поселили в комнату размером 22кв.м + 5 кв.м. санузел. Плюс это был номер для людей с ограниченными возможностями - а это явные неудобства - туалет находится прям внутри (!) душа, то есть он постоянно мокрый, пол тоже мокрый, нет ни одной вешалки, чтоб повесить халаты, полотенца. На рецепшен работают совершенно не профессиональные работники - на все наши претензии говорили, мол это и есть ваша категория номера - и другого номера у нас просто нет. Я спрашиваю - какого размера эта комната - 25 метров, -отвечают. Но я за заказывала 35, говорю я - так она 35!, отвечают мне. НА завтраке официанты ходят с таким лицом, будто мы без спроса пришли к ним домой позавтракать - кофе - тот просто невозможно ужасный, по цвету больше напоминает легк Read more
