-: приветлевый и общительный персонал. прекрасный вид из окна на докими в немецком стили. сам отел уже готовиться к рождеству и новому году. все необходимые удобства в номере есть. мне понравилось, что жалюзи на окнах автоматические..))

Очень хорошее расположение отеля. В 100 метрах от отеля паркинг для автомобиля, на ресепшн дают скидку на паркинг. Отель выдержан в стилистике старого времени, сохранились старые предметы мебели. Однако ванная комната современная и чистая. Завтрак мы не брали, тк на вид показался скудным. Очень приветливый, доброжелательный персонал

Украли деньги из кошелька в номере, о чем было заявлено на ресепшн. Нам обещали все выяснить и связаться, но никто даже формально не отчитался. Даже не извинились...

Удобное расположение в центре, соотношение ценакачество. В соседнем здании крытая парковка, на ресепшн надо взять талон на скидку на оплату.

Тот случай, когда отель действительно превзошел все ожидания! Когда дверь открыли первый раз, ощущение было, как будто мы в сказку попали. Номер огромный, не меньше 30м2. Для Франции это какой-то нонсенс! Потрясающий вид из окна на оживленную улицу. Окошко в ванной – отдельная история, это любовь. Кровать божественная! После очень долгого рабочего дня и 7-часовой дороги чуть не прослезилась :) Все очень чисто – от пола до полотенец в ванной. Очень красивая девочка на клининге проводила уборку и после полудня, хотя мы предлагали ей забить)

Отель в историческом здании, очень удобно расположен для прогулок по центру. Парковка в непосредственной близости от отеля, парковка общественная, отель даёт скидку и вместо 44 евро сутки стоят 18 евро. Но иногда на парковке бываю сбои с автоматом оплаты, а операторы кроме как на французском не говорят.

Отель в историческом центре Страсбурга, крепкие 4*, просторная комната (мы останавливались в комнате класса Superior ), есть чайник, чашки, пакетики чая и кофе, на столе стояла бутылка с минеральной водой и два стакана. Правда, минибар я не нашла. Есть сейф. Перед номером в коридоре ниши со столиками и креслами, если вы приехали компанией, то там можно пообщаться с друзьями, не заходя в номер. Обстановка в отеле старинная, всё выполнено в характерном для "фахверкхауса" стиле с деревянной обшивкой. Удобная минималистичная ванная с душем. Хороший завтрак (можно взять полноценный завтрак за 14 евро, а можно лёгкий: кофе, круассан, сок - за семь). Доброжелательный персонал.

Все прекрасно, расположение, номер, завтрак. Но очень сложно добраться на машине. После получаса плутаний вокруг пришлось бросить машину на общественной парковке и пешком дойти до отеля.
