+: Всё очень понравилось, отель прекрасный, чисто и уютно! Завтрак вкусный и много всего, шампанское также входило) Персонал отличный, есть русскоговорящий администратор, попросили номер с балконом, нам его предоставили без проблем. Удобное месторасположение, триумфальная арка в 5 минутах, башня, Лувр и тд в 15-30 минутах ходьбы. Рядом много ресторанов и магазинов.

+: Месторасположение -: Это было ужасно.Нас изначально пытались заселить на мансарду, хотя бронировали улучшенный номер с балконом и двухспальной кроватью.Мало того, номер на мансарде был ужасно грязный, весь в женских волосах, кондиционер там не работал. Метраж номера ужасно маленький.Спустилась на ресепшен разрешить этот вопрос, но сотрудник (длинноволосый мальчик) сказал, что у него нет сейчас в наличии такого номера, как мы бронировали, есть только с раздельными кроватями. На мои возмущения по поводу «чистоты» номера, он мне сказал, что «не надо пытаться сейчас искать изъяны в номере, мне все равно некуда вас переселить и что номер был чистый». Я показала ему фотографии с черными волосами на белой кровати, он замолчал.Переехали в номер с раздельными кроватями.Номер тоже очень маленький. Пол грязный, липкий, тапочки прилипали к нему.Полотенца все серые, несвежие.С трудом пережили эти 4 дня в отеле. Впечатление ужасное.Не рекомендую.

+: Сам отель идеальный, место положения очень хорошее , завтра очень вкусный , балкон идеальный -: не понравился персонал на ресепшене , кроме русскоговорящий девушки заморозили деньги , так и не вернули обратно , хотя обещали в течение 24часов , то что вернут , прошло уже 4 дня , пишу отвечает робот
