+: Хорошее место расположения. Отличный, разнообразный завтрак. -: Сняли деньги за 30 мин до заезда, при заезде потребовали карту и сняли еще раз. Через неделю еще не вернули средства. Пару лет не просят карту при регистрации, везде снимают в он-лайн. Отель старенький..

+: каждый раз убеждаюсь , что сетевые отели предоставляют лучше услуги по сравнению с частными. Прекрасное место расположение, очень приветливый и услужливый персонал . Номер чистый с прекрасной кроватью, санузел большой, после ремонта . Удовлетворительный завтрак . -: замечаний нет

+: Прекрасный отель! Чистые номера, большая кровать, вкусные завтраки. До площади Массена 20 секунд, а до Английской набережной всего 5 минут пешком. Рекомендую всем. На стойке регистрации говорят на русском языке.

+: местоположение, персонал -: Ооочень маленькие туалет и ванная комната (раздельные). Завтрак вроде неплохой, но удивили совершенно невкусные круассаны, что для Франции странно.

+: Отличное месторасположение отеля , рядом с главной площадью Массена , где во время Рождественских ярмарок открыта самая большая ярмарка. Менеджмент отеля работает превосходно , мне необходимо было поменять даты заезда и выезда , мне сделали все изменения без увеличения платы за проживание и без штрафов. Вкусный завтрак. Персонал на рецепшене очень внимательный и помогает в решении любых вопросов. -: Не понравилась уборка в номерах , мы проживали в отеле 5 дней , 3 дня не добавляли косметические принадлежности, чай и кофе .Уборщицы очень рано начинали убирать в номерах ( около 8 часов утра) , очень шумно убирали !! Невозможно было подольше поспать.

+: Стандартный номер , есть все необходимое. удобная кровать -: Находится в центре из-за этого было очень сложно припарковаться и зарегестрироваться, даже оставить машину на 5 минут до момента пока ее отвезли на парковку. парковка не включена в стоимость и достаточно дорогая.
