One of our best sellers in Lyon! Located in the Gorge de Loup business area, Best Western Saphir Lyon is 350 m from Gorge de Loup Metro Station and just one stop from Vieux Lyon. Lyon Perrache Train Station and Part-Dieu Train Station are both within a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Free WiFi is provided.

+: Достаточно простое оформление при въезде и локация отеля. Подземная парковка в отеле, с доступом из лифта. -: кондиционер в номере ничего не охлаждает, делает вид что работает, просто дует обычный воздух. Могло быть немного почище, запах изначально пахло какой-то несвежестью, при заселении. Шум на улице хорошо слышен в номере, так как окна приходилось оставлять открытым из-за жары.

+: Завтрак вкусный, разнообразный! Парковка подземная. Номер меньше чем на фото, вид из окна был во двор На рецепшене удержали 100 евро при заезде, прошло 10 дней после выезда из отеля деньги пока не вернули!!) Через дорогу, рядом с отелем ресторанчик, в котором мясо не умеют готовить((

+: Удобная кровать, типа обновлённые номера, но на мой вкус отель уже требует глобального ремонта -: Было воскресенье, мы проехали 1200 км естественно рассчитывали поужинать в отеле, но к огромному сожалению ресторан не работал, а куда то ходить уже не хотели

+: Отличный отель, замечательное преложение для семей с детьми с завтраком и двухкомнатным размещением. -: Не дождались пока мы позавтракаем и убрали все со стола :) в предложение входила парковка, но ее мы не получили. Парковались возле отеля. Остальное без нареканий.

+: Большой чистый номер, отдельный санузел и большая очень удобная кровать) Есть чайник и в подарок чай , кофе и сливки) -: Отдушка моющих средств для ковролина с навязчивым запахом по всему отелю и в номере. Спали с открытым окном и к утру все проветрилось.

+: Просторный номер, вся необходимая мебель, целая коллекция разных средств гигиены в душевой. Очень удобная кровать. Шумоизоляция номера отличная. Подземная охраняемая парковка. Мощный кондиционер, уверенно державший в комнате +20 градусов, когда за окном было +39. Уютный дворик, где можно покурить или посидеть с чашкой кофе или бокалом пива.Бар в лобби, ресторан буквально в 5 метрах от отеля. Номер чистый, не так давно отремонтирован. Бельё чистое, не застиранное. Отель расположен на тихой улочке, так что при желании окно можно на ночь оставлять открытым: шум транспорта вас не потревожит. В номере есть электрочайник и пакетики с чаем - кофе - сахаром и т.д. Отличный доступ к интернету. -: За исключением мелких замечаний понравилось всё. Вентилятор в кондиционере давно уже мечтает о смазке, из-за чего работает шумновато, но спать не мешает. +: Взяли страховые деньги с Карты. На утро при выезде сказали что надо заплатить за номер. А страховые то что сняли вернутся когда якобы будет сдана смена. Деньги так и не вернули. Получается за один номер заплатили 131 евро. Надувательство.

+: Not recommend -: Сразу после бронировку сняли с карты 70 евро, хотя было написано бесплатная отмена, платите при поселении. Затем после выселения сняли еще 72 евро. Аргументируя это тем, что первые сняты 70 евро вернутся в течении следующих несколько дней. Уже второй день. Деньги пока не вернулись. Какой смысл 2 раза снимать деньги? Их в первый раз даже не замораживпли, а сняли!!!! The hotel took 70 euro after booking (nevertheless it should be free reservation). Than after check-out, the hotel took 72 euro from card without any warning. They have explained that the first 70 euro will be returned after 2 days on my card. But nothing has happened. I see that its not the first happening with such hotel, reading all feedbacks hear.

+: Чисто, вкусно и опрятно! Быстрый выезд на шоссе. -: Часть персонала отказалась говорить на любом языке (английский, немецкий, русский, румынский) кроме французского. Как-то принципиально не хотел.
