+: интересный дизайн, приветливый персонал. Быстро решили и предупредили все наши запросы. Действительно, очень хороший отель с прекрасным расположением. -: гардины и пол в грязных пятнах. Не уместно для 4 звезд в любом городе.

+: персонал -: комнаты не соответствуют реальности. все обои подертые, состояние номера очень плохое. как для 4 звёзды, совсем не оправданные условия. на завтраке очень мало выбора.

+: Месторасположение отличное (тихо, близко к вокзалам, много разных кафе и т.п. поблизости). Персонал плохо говорит по-английски, но старается со всем помочь. У нас не был оплачен завтрак (был не нужен), однако в отеле с 14 до 23 можно выпить кофе в лобби с круассаном, сухофруктами и орешками - очень приятный бонус! Большой телевизор, халаты есть (надо попросить на ресепшене). -: Приехали в Париж провести несколько дней из нашего путешествия на медовый месяц. Нам сказали, что в честь свадьбы они предлагают бутылку шампанского - мы очень обрадовались.Однако никто ее не принес. Зачем вообще говорить было об этом тогда? Весь отель в ковролине, если есть аллергия на пыль - вам точно не стоит здесь останавливаться. Кровать в номере была оооочень маленькая! Примерно 130*180. У нас с мужем рост 173 и размер М-L у обоих. Если не привыкли спать в обнимку или друг на друге - вам точно не сюда. +: Расположение великолепное, самый центр, мин 15-25 пешком. Улочка тихая, спокойная и чистая. Рядом много кафешек, есть где позавтракать Отель спокойный, есть лифт, ежедневная уборка, в номере чайник и мини-холодильник. В номере довольно тепло (кроме ванной). -: Не помогают с багажом, чемоданами занимались сами. В номере запах затхлости, надо постоянно проветривать (номер небольшой и с приоткрытым окном быстро становится холодно). Интернет тормозит. В ванной очень холодно, в душевой кабине нет полочек для шампунягеля, недостаточно вешалок для одеждыполотенец на двоих человек. На фото номера в светлых тонах, по факту довольно мрачный дизайн, красный бархат и золотой плюш. Нет тапочек, очень грустно, что 4* об этом не позаботились. Нет присущих для 4* бассейнаспафитнес-центраресторанов при отеле.
