+: Очень дружелюбный персонал. Быстрый чек-инчек-аут. При том, что отель был заполнен сильно, ни на завтраках, ни на обслуживании это не сказывалось -: Слабое кондиционирование. При заселении очень долго не мог добиться, чтобы ребёнку застрелили постель

+: Завтрак,расположение отеля -: Во время проживания, сразу после заезда отвалилась пристенная панель кровати, стала медленно сползать вниз, могла упасть на наши головы, на наше обращение пришёл мастер, который не смог ничего сделать, заменить номер нам отказали, мотивировав отсутствием номера нашей ценовой категории. Запах клея на панеле был отвратительный.

+: местоположение, завтраки, уборка каждый день -: стандартные номера только с видом на двор, при заселении информировали, что завтраки до 11 утра, однако по будням они до 10, и нас выгнали, не смотря на то, что многие еще сидели завтракали.

-: Остановились в Отеле с 03.08.22-07.08.22,купили ребёнку подарок бутылочку для воды в форме Мульт героя Стича,в Дисней Лэнде,при выезде с отеля,обнаружили,что с подарка для ребёнка была украдена специальная крышка для этой бутылочки!Гости отеля, будьте внимательней,в этом отеле воруют!Осталось не приятное впечатление от Отеля!

+: Расположение хорошее, до метро пешком недалеко. Наличие парковки для авто. Очень хорошие завтраки. Стильное лобби. Постель хорошая. -: Номера старые. Морально устаревшие. Вид дали во внутренний двор, хотя я сказала, что у нас Свадьба и попросила вид получше.

+: Очень хороший завтрак, удобные и чистые номера. Своя парковка. -: Девушки на ресепшн очень доброжелательные, но постоянно забывают выполнять просьбы клиентов. В отеле отсутствуют весы для взвешивания багажа.
