The beach can be reached in just 4 minutes. The Hôtel de France, renovated in February 2015, is located on the famous Rue d’Antibes shopping street in the center of Cannes, just 300 meters from the city’s beaches and the Croisette. The roof terrace offers panoramic views of the bay and the Esterel Mountains.

The soundproofed, non-smoking rooms feature air conditioning, a telephone, a flat-screen satellite TV, a minibar, a safe, and a private bathroom with a bath or shower. All rooms can be reached by elevator.

In the morning, a buffet breakfast is served in the hotel’s dining area.

+: Работа персонала на стойке регистрации замечательная: все подробно расскажут и покажут. -: Очень скромный и маленький отель (лобби как такового нет, лифт узкий, комнаты очень тесные). В номере запах пыли, вещи разложить не удастся, окно для проветривания маленькое, в комнате темно.

+: Отличный отель! Был ранний прилёт, разместили в 10.00 утра, за долго до положенный 15.00. Завтраком угостили))) Очень радушный персонал. Отличное расположение. Понравилось все! -: Такого нет.

Шумоизоляция дверей могла бы быть получше. Завтрак, наверное, мог бы быть подешевле. Wifi стабилен, но очень медленный. Взял симкарту Люкамобайл, с ней повеселее. Повторюсь, отель старый, поэтому нет розеток у прикроватных тумб. Нет чайника. Ближайший пляж у отеля бывает переполнен, но за 1,5 евро на автобусе можно доехать до Палм Бич, там поменьше людей и в целом получше.Расположение однозначно удачное, если не планируется тихий уединенный отдых. Вокзал - 5 минут пешком, пляж - 5 минут пешком. Отель стоит на главной торговой улице г. Канны. Иногда бывает шумновато, но редко. Самый большой шум - это если ночью какая-нибудь Феррари встанет на светофоре и начнёт газовать на холостых. Кровать однозначно 5 баллов. Уборка и чистота выше всяких похвал. Видно, что отель очень старый, но при этом заметно, что за ним очень хорошо ухаживают и ремонтируют. Часть персонала русскоязычные. Можно взять пляжные полотенца напрокат бесплатно на ресепшне. Иногда бывает шумновато, но редко. Самый большой шум - это если ночью какая-нибудь Феррари встанет на светофоре и начнёт газовать на холостых. Кровать однозначно 5 баллов. Уборка и чистота выше всяких похвал. Видно, что отель очень старый, но при этом заметно, что за ним очень хорошо ухаживают и ремонтируют. Часть персонала русскоязычные. Можно взять пляжные полотенца напрокат бесплатно на ресепшне. Однозначный плюс - в отеле функционирует система пожарной сигнализации. Однажды поутру какой-то чудак решил покурить и в 7 утра поставил на уши весь отель. Сирена орала похлеще воздушной тревоги.
