+: Номера. Уборка в номерах супер, но на этом все. -: Персонал неквалифицированный от слова совсем. Любой вопрос вызывает нерешаемый тупик. История с продлением номера на 3. Дня превратилась в кошмар. Не смогли разобраться, как это сделать и пришлось с утра пораньше переезжать в другой номер. Уже пожалели, лучше бы переехали в другую гостиницу. Ресторан - кошмар. Ужин можете заказать, а официант может забыть передать его на кухню, а повар закрывает кухню и уходит. Вообщем, не советую.

+: Довольно симпатичный отель на склоне. -: Ценник оверпрайз. В номерах нет вентиляции, можно только открыть балконную дверь.

+: Есть свой небольшой магазин, в котором можно бесплатно настроить лыжи с ботинками. В сауне жар по-русски, а в бассейне несколько гидромассажных форсунок. Понравились горы и погода. Больше плюсов нет -: Очень маленький и неудобный номер, особенно когда ты едешь с большим количеством одежды для катания (негде разместить и тем более высушить вещи). Скудное меню на ужин, в котором были позиции за деньги, несмотря на то, что ужин был включён. Меню каждый день было одинаковым, в котором на стартер и основное блюдо было всего лишь по 6 позиций, 3 из которых без дополнительной платы. На завтрак была яичница и омлет только за деньги (8 евро), что было недопустимо при скудном ассортименте для пяти звёзд, тем более, когда на завтрак был один вид сыра, эту проблему официант объяснил тем, что у отеля нет денег на закупку. В сауне был сломан полог и никто его не соизволил отремонтировать. В номере унитаз качался, а вода в одной из раковин не уходила. -: Отель не соответствует стандарту пяти звезд.Номера очень маленькие,не комфортно расположен сан узел,смена постельного белья проводится 1 раз в 6 дней.Персонал ресторана не подготовлен,ужин ресторана очень скромный выбор.Весь сервис отеля соответствует 3-4 звезд отеля.

+: Удачное центровое расположение, хорошая лобби зона. Номера маленькие, сервис удручает, постоянный тупняк, не справляются и не могут быстро работать. Очень хороший ресторан, шеф -повар это лучшее что есть в отеле. Приемлимый СПА. Твёрдые 4 звезды без претензий. -: Персонал на рецепшне тупит. Как при заезде так и при выезде образуются очереди, путают номера, не работают ключи, забывают принести багаж и подготовить чекаут. Все очень неторопливо.
