-: Такого, чтобы не понравилось - нет, но все действительно без излишеств, по минимому. Какого-то шикаблеска что ли не хватает. Но ведь это горнолыжный отель. И надо понимать, что жить на высоте 2 тысячи 300 метров не просто!!!

+: Для катания на лыжах идеально! Вышел и поехал! -: 5 февраля ходили в ресторан диамант, было вкусно! Но женщина сомелье вела себя безобразно! Настроение испорчено было впрочем как и вечер!

+: Отель удобен во всем. Если путешествуете на машине - есть крытый паркинг, ключи оставляются на ресепшн, авто припаркуют и выгонят по запросу. По приезду даже разложат лыжисноуборды в ски рум. Персонал прекрасный, во всем помогут. Всегда можно попросить забрать или довезти вас куда-то на отельном трансфере. В отеле три ресторана, очень понравились. -: Единственное, что бы я посоветовала дополнить - это завтраки. Все вкусное и свежее, но нет повара, который готовит омлетглазунью с топпингами и тд, это довольно странно, не помню когда такого в отелях не было. Из горячего - скрэмбл или вареные яйца, дополняемые сосисками или беконом. Если едите сладкое, на выбор есть панкейки с вафлями, хлопья. Но для непереносящих сахар, третье блюдо на завтрак - собрать тост. На 4й день уже тяжеловато без разнообразия. Также не обнаружила ни кетчупа, ни паштета, ни плавленого сыра. В общем, еды маловато :))

+: Отель отличный. Расположение близко к идеальному: ski-out ski-in, легко добраться из La Folie Douce, до центра 10 минут пешком. Обслуживание прекрасное. Завтраки одинаковые, но при этом хорошие. Бассейн и сауна нормальные. В отеле нигде не надо платить, всё записывают на счёт — очень удобно. Ски-рум удобный, в ски-шопе работают лучше ребята :) -: Мелочи. Горничные совсем не говорят по-английски. Новогодний ужин стоил негуманно, хотя был так себе. Парковка на неделю за 170 евро — перебор. В комнате не закрывалась дверь в туалет. И входная дверь не всегда закрывалась автодоводчиком, этого даже уборщицы иногда не замечали, и дверь в комнату была открыта. В номере не было зубной пасты. А один из халатов почему-то был детским. Но это реально мелочи :)

+: Неожиданно шикарно для Франции ! Всё супер ! Просторные номера, виды, огромный ски-рум. Везде идеальная чистота, как не во Франции!!! -: Служба клининга номеров не всегда стучалась, прежде чем войти , и не раз, напрягало. Могли вечером, часов в 20-21 придти, не понятно для чего ! Говорят только по французски, возникала проблемка... Официанты в основном ресторане - как школьники, не хватает опыта, для пятизвёздочного отеля.
