Мы были с пятилетней дочерью, и для, конечно, было полным восторгом найти «приветственного» плюшевого медведя и карандаши в номере. Работники отеля полностью берут на себя заботу о багаже, лыжном оборудовании и машине. Каждый вечер для дочки приносили конфеты в номер, а для нас прогноз погоды на следующий день.

Расположение отеля отличное. 5 мин пешком до подъемника.1 мин, до центральной улицы . Не плохой ресторан в отеле . Отличный бар . Лыжные ботинки сушатся .Удобное хранение лыж . Номер 128 - балкон завален снегом ,жили как в берлоге. Завтраки по Европейским меркам на 5, иногда возникали проблемы с варкой яиц .Фасоль, рыба, сосиски, сметана ,фрукты,круассаны, соки , кофе , чай - все есть.По заказу каша, омлет ( без доп платы). Есть бассейн , баня (+70).Хороший СПА. Цена - качество , учитывая цены Валь де Зера - соответствуют.

Из абсолютных плюсов, во-первых, расположение: после катания к ski room подъезжали прямо на лыжах, а утром до подъемника идти минуту. Во-вторых, наличие самого ski room и персоонал в нем: ребята одевалиснимали ботинки, помогали вынести лыжи на улицу, магазинчик там же оказался достаточно дежевым, процентов на 10% ниже цены чем в интер спорт неподалеку. Персонал в самом отеле тоже выше всяких похвал. Когда мы приехали на машине, мест на парковке не было и сотрудник отеля припарковал машину на другом паркинге, принес ключи, и привез ее, когда мы уезжали, а паркинг оказался дешевле отельного.

Все очень достойно, особенно понравилось отношение персонала, сверх ожидаемого. Хорошо организована служба ски-сервиса, очень удобно хранение, аренда лыжного снаряжения. прямо там же магазин.
